You're right in that at least Danil is playing for the right team. But they've been FWB for a long time already. If Kamol was going to develop feelings for Danil I think that would have happened already.

Possible? Maybe. But I think it's unlikely. I think they don't like being rejected by Kamol so think that if they can get rid of Kim that they'll somehow have a chance.

With this week's events, her count of murders either attempted or carried out is now at 3. That's some heavy stakes for her to stick with this family. I agree with you. It will be totally ridiculous and lazy of the writers if she turns out to be just a garden-variety evil villain with no major motive.

Finally! Soo Yeon and Dong Ha are getting together. It will be nice to see some happy moments for them after the endless misery that's come before. It will be really crappy if Dong Ha's mom fights them over their relationship, but it seems likely from the build up. Jin Woo is going to lose his mind.

I'm so sick of Jin Woo telling Soo Yeon that she's not allowed to date or have someone who will be a step father to Seo Jun. He's married to someone else who he tried to make into Seo Jun's mom, not even a step mom, a total replacement. Even though he's starting to seem nicer in the last few episodes, I can't get over how easy it was for him to cast Soo Yeon aside. He's too dumb and petty to ever be trusted again.

I have some guesses. First is that SooJae will start his own company or get a better job somehow, so that he can pay off his debt quickly and feel worthy of YuNa. As for YuNa, she might actually have a hard time dating JungHoo because his family won't accept her because of the attempted fraud. Because the families are so close, she wouldn't be able to hide it. I'm not sure how they would get SooJae's mom to forgive her, but she always liked YuNa a lot. So maybe everyone will just forgive the whole situation and give them another chance because they love each other?

Once she learned that HyunJae had an actual girlfriend she backed off. She was just a plot device.

I watched today's episode (56) in Korean because the English subs aren't out yet. I don't really know what happened but it seems like he finally did something real to cross his mother.

He hasn't said what his plans are yet. Neither has MiRae's mum. I think MiRae bailing on HyunJae is wildly premature.

The stigma against cousins marrying started hundreds, if not thousands, of years ago. Even if it was declared 100% medically safe tomorrow, it would still take a very long time for the social stigma to go away, if ever.

I want Jeong Hoo and Yu Na to get together. I think she makes him a better person and he really wants to treat her like gold. I feel like too much time has gone by, with too much water under the bridge, for Yu Na and Soo Jae. I think they're already getting over each other and getting back together would just be painful and messy at this point.

I'm watching another show with the same actor that plays MiRae's ex. He's the ML in the other show and is the sweetest, kindest man. So I'm wanting to see more screen time with him, for all the wrong reasons.

I wouldn't say you were out of line, but I wouldn't say you are correct either. An adoption reunion is like having an atomic bomb go off in your life and people react to it in many different, weird, and unexpected ways. People can feel like they've reverted to the age they were when the adoption happened. They can have extreme tunnel vision, only focusing on the reunited loved one. People build up stories in their heads about why they were given up, and how the other person has lived their life. They build up fantasies of what the other person looks like. Once a reunion happens it rips all that fantasy away. Facing the actual reality can be devastating in so many ways. It takes most people years to process this sort of life event.

I can't speak Thai, but from what I've heard this is somewhat of a translation problem. Thai has more relationship words than English does so the Thai words don't always have a perfect match in English. Like "faen" is gender-neutral, so what's the translation? Partner? Where I come from that's the word we use, but I'm not sure it's common everywhere.

In ep 7 they blurred out the bottom of the bathtub that Kim was sitting in, but apparently it was also blurred out in the uncut version. This mystery will never be solved.

The first translation I found, they translated the tiger's name as "Chantilly". Whipped Cream doesn't seem so bad now, does it? 😆
