Can i say i am just so disappointed. I am not saying its bad but it had so much more potential. They really lost on the romance element which would have made it more interesting. Seriously they kept solving cases or outsmarting the enemy, which was interesting at the beginning but became boring later on.

The few things i want to point out are: 1) part 1 started with amazing hairstyle & costume of the FL which really attracted me bcuz it was different from all the historical fantasy Chinese dramas but they immediately changed her dressing after one scene to same old Chinese fashion. That was a disappointment. 2) Honestly the acting was lacking especially ML. Rarely i would see facial expressions. Example the anguish of losing someone, loving someone, sadness etc 3) The romance element was really lacking btw the ML & FL. It was so wooden. The chemistry just wasn't there. Second Leads and even supports did better in this department. 4) Lastly the ending wasn't explained well enough. It left alot to be desired.
CGI was well done and sound effects too. Major improvement in Chinese drama.
