I feel like I already know whole plot from the synopsis. But i'm still up for it. It's not often that we get to see Xu kai in modern dramas + whole cast actually looks promising. I just hope they balance the romance and business well.
Loved it. In fact this season is officially my favourite out of the 2. Although I did enjoyed the first season too but I still remember watching the ending of the last season, I was fuming with rage. The writers made up for that in this season. For a moment I wondered if they were going to turn MooYoung into last season's Lee Rang but I'm glad that didn't happen. Anyways it's a 10 for me. It's over..... It was short Now I feel empty😔
She doesn't take revenge by having a relationship with the manager of her company. She takes revenge by getting her ex husband to marry her best-friend cause she caught them having and affair. hence the title "Marry my husband". As for her relationship with her manager, i think that's just her making better choices in her second chance at life.
Half way through the drama I wanted to drop it. But I carried on just cause of Doyoung. I don't know how to sum this up. The acting and cinematography were all good. It's just the story and the screenplay itself. It felt like it was written by a rookie screenwriter. I couldn't undertand the Fl at all. She wanted to be loved, She somehow felt sorry for herself after every break up. but let's be realistic, she selfishly kept writing people's name on that notebook without caring if that person liked someone else or not. basically she forced them to be in a relationship with her against their will. I just couldn't feel sorry for her at all.
I really really enjoyed this show. Given it's story I wasn't expecting it to be funny but some scenes were hilarious. Actually this drama was like mixing the right amout of genres together to get the perfect blend, Just like the title I guess. The mystery plotline got me totally absorbed. From the beginning itself the whole neighbourhood looks suspicious. Whole cast was really good and Yeo JinGoo's excellent as usual and the chemistry between theYJG and MGY was also great. I'm also happy with the ending too, everyone was able to find closure.
Overall, it wasn't great but i enjoyed it. It was not like the usual law drama, like i barely saw them fighting cases in court. Still I was engrossed in the story. Although I wish it had a much more satisfying ending, Taekook killing himself and the rest of the gang not even getting prison was kinda disapointing. The romance is very subtle, probably cause there's so much already going on in the FML & ML's lives. However, I have to say that I couldn't see the chemistry between them at all. I don't blame the actors for this, its just the way it was written, most of the romantic moments were of just chan comforting soojae. at some point it was making me wonder if the romance was necessary. Another thing that I found completely unecessary was the horrible truck of doom incident. Why did they have to kill the child? Anyways, this drama was about soojae and taekook and both of them played their roles wonderfully.
Yumi's cell, obviously trying to tell us Yumi's story. Maybe the writer was trying to be different or tried to make the story unpredictable, or maybe she thought people will say this is how real life is, it's not always married and happily ever after ending. But to me in this season, Yumi needed a reality check. Actually she seems to be someone who thinks that being in a relationship should be as smooth as a disney fairytale ending. Cause the reason she broke up with Babi in the end just got me real confused. I'd also like to point out that she all the time keeps Woong's contact no, met up with him when he called her. Whatever the reason was, she still went and Woong is the guy she had a relationship with. And she does know that he still have feelings for her. And byw can anyone tell me why Woong was part of this story? why was he here? It didnt make any sense to me. Anyway Last few episodes were like "I love him/I love him not" flower game, she broke up with Babi then misses him then cries for him then isn't in love with him??? I'm not on anyone's team but I can't help feel that Yumi needs to become a bit more mature and realistic before she starts dating again.
This one is my favourite out of the love playlist series. All the main leads except for Joon were cute and adorable. They all had great chemistry. I wish to see more of them as main leads in other dramas. Roh Jeong Eui just keeps getting prettier everytime I see her, I actually enjoyed her and Bae Hyung Sung pair more than Kim Sae ron. As for Jaehyun, sigh, i'm just sad he got caught in the middle of this Park haesoo controversy, cause this would have been a great first drama for him. And I know that hype that the drama got as soon as it was announce was cause of him. I think he did very well. He actually kinda exceeded my expectations by miles, cause with a combination of idol + love playlist, I was already prepared for a high level of cringiness. But he's actually good, didn't overdo or underdo it. I'd love to see him portray different characters, i hope he gets to do more dramas in the future.
Ok the reviews on netflix was very discouraging but I'm happy I still went ahead and watched it. Cause this is actually really good. Of course its not better than the original but it was very well done and the twist in the story was gripping. The characters are portrayed differently cause obviously its a different country with different issues going on. I've seen comments like' korea just copied it'. Well, its does say its a remake, u guys should probably check the meaning of the word first, like even the title is the same. why were u expecting them to give u a whole new and fresh story but call is money heist-korea?
From someone who never read the novel. I found this very entertaining. The CGI was mind-blowing and it was mostly very funny too. I saw a lot of people debating over who he should've end up with in the comments but I honestly didn't see any romantic chemistry between him and any of the FLs. Maybe cause its a movie, they needed to tell the whole story in a little over 2hrs. I just watched it as the story of a guy went from a weak crybaby to the most powerful 'person' in that universe. It was enjoyable. Ill definetly watch the 2nd part if they decide to make it.
why so many salty people in the comment section? it's not gonna be called strong woman do bong soon. they are merely using the concept and making a new series. Think of it as a spin off if the word 'sequel' is bothering you. It was a hit show, if the writer want to write a new story its her choice. the original story, which all of you loved so much, was hers to begin with. And a story on the twins growing up will also not have the original cast. cause the story wont focus on them and PBY & PHS are not going to sign supporting roles in this, they have other projects they are working on. Also since Bong soon and Min Hyuks story already had closure, a sequel with them will not have the same impact the first one has.
This was a slow burner but I really enjoyed it. The chemistry between the leads was sooooo sweet, it could give you diabetes. Yet it wasnt as cheesy as many romantic c-dramas. It was also healing, in way, it gives you an insight on love, relationships and life. I will definetly watch it again sometimes.
This was short. Like a movie. I read some comments before starting it and was expecting the worst. But I'm glad I liked it. I liked the story, the cast. All actors were great. Of course, cause it was so short, it seemed a bit rushed, there was not much character development. And the story could have been explored more. I wonder why they made it so short.
Since I like complex and interesting plots, this drama was enjoyable. Each episode just made me more and more curious. BUT! the end just left me puzzled. like I was more confused than I was at the beginning. When i got to ep 9, I couldn't even count how many 'whys' there were in my mind and I was wondering how they will answer all those questions in just 1 last episode. Well, they didn't. They just left me with more questions instead. If the reason is cause there's gonna be a season 2, then I'm all for it. This was awesome. but If there isn't then why would they confuse us even more? And some of the things said before won't make sense. Like, Saeha did say that he could travel to the past but not beyond his present, so how is he alive in the end when he already died in the past? why introduce new characters till the very end of the last episode. why was the light in the disc that the new time traveller was using blue.... I have many questions like this. So if this is it, then the ending just ruined this whole enjoyable experience. If this is just season 1 then considering that Seo Kang joon is in the military, it'll probably take a few years for the next season to come out. Either way i'm just exhausted from trying to connect all the dots and disappointed. The drama is called Grid, but all we learnt about the grid was that its a protection from solar winds, no story on how it was invented, how it works, what else it can do etc. instead the drama just focused on time-travelling.
yes it was predictable. yes it was cheesy, it's like a compilation of every k-drama cliches. Normally i would be cringing but i loved it. i guess it's the chemistry between the characters. my only complain is they should have made it the normal 16 eps drama and give the second lead some more screen time. I just felt like there story was too rushed.
The drama was okayish. The story itself started well for the 1st couple but somewhere in the middle it got really boring. As for the 2nd couple, I was totally not interested in their storyline. No matter how much they explained why they cheated, it doesn't justify cheating for me. If they were not happy then they could have talked with their partners and break up first nd also the fact that they both showed no remorse was making me angry. Personally I think the side characters' storyline was more interesting than the mains. And also the part where they show how the meteorological office works was interesting.
It's over.....
It was short
Now I feel empty😔
