Well , I'd like to thank Japan for making this decision. Instead of uselessly waiting for. . . i'm not even sure what kinda green light kbs is waiting for really. I bet if it would have been one of the cable channel they'd have aired it by now. I had almost given up hopes of ever seeing it.
I clicked on Boys over flowers as soon as I saw it and then went through the list. Although there are a few others that also didn't grab my attention but BOF takes the crown for this. I still remember the cringe. omg. I just couldn't and still cannot understand the hype.
I'm at ep 15 and I don't usually comment on a drama until i finish it but the ML is pissing me off big time. I absolutely hate how manipulative and narcisist he is. I don't care what how good his intentions behind his behaviour is. Why does he think he gets to take decisions for others? And he's stupid logic of 'i'm preparing your for the harsh world' makes me laugh. Like the world will hurt you so let me hurt u first so u can learn endurance. A load of cheesy nonsense. I'm only watching for the FL so far.
Yes of course, compared to many other A-list actors that are sitting in their homes, sipping coffee and watching…
Ok sure. I guess you didn't like being called out despite doing the same thing urself. But anyways, i'll move on and i hope next time you can take your own advice and move on if you cannot appreciate something good. There are enough negativity in this world right now I hope you grow into someone who have a more positive mindset. Have a good day.

Someone, who you say you admire, does a good deed at this cruicial time when examples needs to be set around the world. You did mention any word of appreciation, it's fine but It was definetly not the right time or place for you to drag her about something else. And during covid many celebs have helped by donating money, mask etc and we've all heard abt it in the news. Everytime someones donate whatever its in the news. so far she's the only one who has stepped up. I'm sure others will follow now. She's just a person who must have watched the news like the rest of the world and decided to help in any way she can. The 'reality' is that there are tonnes of issues that happens around the world that majority celebs don't step up and speak about. You can call them out when they are doing nothing but not when they are actually doing something good. It's like someone is hungry and you buy him lunch and instead of saying thank u, he goes why didn't you buy me dinner and tomorrows breakfast too. Am i still the one who needs to grow up?
It would have been nice if she also spoke up against China in defence of the Uyghurs, but I guess she's more afraid…
Yes of course, compared to many other A-list actors that are sitting in their homes, sipping coffee and watching the news going 'omg thats so sad' she actually donated. but for the pessimistic people on MDL she has not done enough. Well my friend i'm sure she is not your favourite actress but how much have your favourites done for your cause yet?
From a peace activist Betty Molchany: "Why, oh, why, are many of my sophisticated friends on Facebook allowing…
During world war II technology was not like today, so I might even believe that part. but in this day an age where the normal people can film and tell u exactly what is going on. watching their distress, the common civillians, old people, children. You are still trying just justify this war?
Great drama. I really enjoyed it. But if you are looking for a zombie apocalypse, horror drama, well this is not it. It focuses more on the residents of a building, and how people u meet in your everyday life that seems nice and normal can change in a crisis. the characters were well written. I absolutely loved the relationship between the Ml n FL. The only flaw I found was, I think the ending was a bit rushed.
The best drama i've seen in this year so far. It does have some small flaws but overall it was so amazing that i'm willing to overlook them and give this drama a 10/10. I was really impressed with the whole cast. I wish the ending was just 60 seconds longer. just 60 seconds more.
I agree with you about baijue being the most miserable in the whole series. I think that's why I love his character…
Ahh, thank you for sharing your views. Even after watching, the drama was on my mind for sometime and after thinking about it from baijue's standpoint, I guess he must have found it extremely hard to live without Shanggu for 60000 yrs. He probably wanted to try anything to keep her alive. But I guess, there was so little scenes of him being happy, i don't think he laughed even once, I felt so distressed watching him through the drama. As for Qingmu, I guess the fact that he had no burden, he could do whatever he wants, so he had more lighthearted and cute scenes. I havent seen Story of Yanxi palace, I know of it's popularity but I don't watch harem dramas just cause there is so much toxicity in them. I don't think i can recover from it.lol. just listening to the ost was making me feel downhearted. btw, I have a question if you don't mind, are Xu kai and zhou dongyu's voices dubbed in this drama or is it their own voice? I'm always curious about this whenever I watch c-dramas cause sometimes it feels like lipsync but I can't really tell.
It's a nice drama. In the begining everything is just happening so quickly but i felt like in the middle the plot got a little bit repetitive. I also felt like Woojin's death was pointless and unecessary. He could have just survived. Overall an enjoyable watch. The ending kinda gives us hope for a second season, I hope to see Cheong San alive, cause you can't just kill him off. You just can't!
ok, this is not a genre I usually prefer. I skipped it last year and had no intention of ever watching it. BUT..decided to give it a try after I saw small clip of when Houchi transformed into a little girl and has a confrontation with Jingzhao. And omg what a drama. The cgi was excellent for a c-drama, it was almost cinematic. The picturesque scenery, beautiful costumes were just one of the best that I have seen. The story was so gripping, i ended up loosing sleep to finish this. I enjoyed the story arc of Qingmu and Houchi the most, so sweet and yet tragic, like the way their story ended was so unfair! they deserved at least a few years of happiness. Bai Jue's character the most heart breaking one in the whole drama, he is such a powerful God who has lived for tens of thousands of years doing his duty and never gone against any rule etc, but he was so miserable throughout the whole drama. Qingmu's character was more likeable for me, he was adamant, he loved a girl and wanted to fight to live with her. He cared more about being on her side and making her happy rather that looking for whats right or wrong. While Bai Jue wanted her to live and was willing to sacrifice himself for that. I wonder if that is the best he could do for her considering that they are God and will live for all eternity, living without the person you love is torture. Shangu and Bai jue's storyline was just so full of desolation and pain that even the ending didn't make it up. They live for eons and yet didn't even have like a year of happiness together. Despite it's ending I still felt awful for the 2 of them. My only little complain is with Shangu's character, for the chief God of the 3 realm she seemed a bit clueless at times. I understand it for the first part of the story where she was still learning but after she wakes up I wish they made her a bit more quickwitted. Like she was buying every story they were telling her. I expect a God of her status to be omniscient. All actors did really well, especially Xu Kai was really impressive with the sad scenes. This drama is a 10/10 for me.
The romantic scenes were deleted because of censorship because they are highly against doing romantic stuff in…
Ahh. I was wonderng why they sensored romantic scenes when other shows has lots of it. Thanks for explaining, I didn't know that. it's my first c-drama based in the republican era.
