Good!! I hate it when they cancel a whole show because of scandals of one actor. I mean the show was the hard work of so many people actors and crew included and everyone gets penalised. If people are still uncomfortable with watching a drama then don't watch it. But its unfair to just cancel it.
Btw I'm not giving any option on EunWoo's case. I know they probably overdid it cause he is a celebrity. I'm talking in general. There has been too many times when shows has been cancelled cause of issues like this.
This was good. I watched it skeptically as I'm usually not too keep on dramas with robot/virtual bf or gf. But I liked this one. It was even hilarious at some point. I enjoyed it more than I expected.
I haven’t read the original webtoon, but as someone who has read many with similar game-like concepts, I found this enjoyable and would like to see a second part. That said, I understand why fans of the webtoon might feel disappointed. Live-action adaptations of beloved stories often fail to capture the same magic. It’s happened to me a few times as well.
I am late to this and have only reached episode five. I usually wait until I finish a drama before commenting, but after this episode I really needed to vent somewhere about the sasaeng issue in Korea. The reason they are so brazen is because of people like this idol character. No matter what their reasons were or how they ended up that way, a crime is still a crime and it should be punished and if people started taking action it would serve as an example. I genuinely thought Do Ra Ik came across as completely spineless here. Was this really about him? The female lead is the one who was hurt, so it was her decision to make. How dare he even ask that of her after everything she has already been through. Sasaeng behaviour is already out of control over there and now even dramas are sending the message that no matter what happens, they will be pardoned. This part made my blood boil.
Finally watched this drama after almost two years. From the synopsis, I thought it would be some silly comedy, but I was actually surprised by how much I liked it. I honestly do not get the low ratings and bad reviews. I really liked that it had a backstory from their past lives otherwise the story would have felt too plain. What really got on my nerves though was Bo Gyeum. In the end, everything happened because of his misunderstanding, so does he not owe them an apology? He cursed FL’s family for generations and gave ML trauma that lasted his whole life. He literally made their lives miserable. To be honest, it was his failure to protect the woman he loved. FL and ML in their past lives did way more to save Ji A than he ever did. ML could have just taken his lover and run away, but he still saved her too, still tried to protect her till the end. Meanwhile, our all powerful deity did nothing except fight a few guards. ML showed more empathy as a human than Bo Gyeum did as a deity that people actually prayed to. He knew the girl’s lover was missing and still did not help, even though FL was praying to him. What kind of useless deity was that? Acting all selfish and childish just for revenge. He cursed an unborn child and gave ML trauma when he was just an innocent kid. That made my blood boil. I was honestly disgusted by him. He should have been grovelling to them, but nope, he was still busy feeling sorry for himself. That pissed me off so much.
Watched this after reading all the negative comments. But honestly it wasn't that bad. I like stories like this. And I guess since my expectations were pretty low, I wasn’t disappointed that it wasn't phenomenal. The only letdown was the ending, it felt predictable and oddly cheesy, almost as if the writer had been told to wrap things up in a hurry.
I like the premise of this story and the location is just beautiful. I'm trying really really hard to like it but I'm at episode 5 and I can't seen to be able to connect with characters😭😭😭😭 Why!!!! I was excited for this. And also why is the English title so misleading, no one is skiing anywhere in this. They could've just used the Chinese title itself.
I think he over estimated himself. I like him actually. I’ve watched many of his movies and dramas and some of them are really good. And I think he’s a good actor with great looks, so glamorous roles suits him best. I’m sure he gets tons of scripts, he should have picked some more commercial dramas before he starts challenging himself.
Does it have a happy ending?I just wanted to know because some people in the comments are saying that they didn't…
I thought it a happy ending. She initially got 3 years on earth before returning to hell, but then in the last year Bael gave her the option to send 10 more criminals to hell and live as a human being on earth and in the end it hints that she accepts the deal. If there's a S2 i don't think it would be soon. cause the main story got a closure. As for Han Da On, he ends up with Justitia, thank god for that. Kang Bitna doesn't have much significance in the story. It shows that she escape hell, she might have found her way to heaven or maybe they left us in doubt so that they can use her in S2. It's worth a watch.
Just finished this. I've been too busy to watch drama these days, i feel tired after 1 or 2 episodes, so i thought i stay with this one for a couple of weeks but i finished it in 3 days. Yep, I found it that good. The romance is quite subtle, it's more like a fantasy thriller. It took me a few eps to accept PSH in this role, lol. But she did well and so did everyone else. I don't regret picking this one.
