I think so in acnient times, but in modern times I think they somehow reunite. If you pay attention to the ending scenes of each episode you might find clues.

French is not my mother tongue, but I understand it if it's slowly speaken. Even if that actor jsut learned the phonetics to speak like a native few sentences in french, in some parts he might my dubbed by some french native speaker

Jamelia in my country we say to those snobby word people: Que te jodan, Que te den por culo. Which translated into english means the same: F*ck You. I was born and raised in Spain, so our language is well known for its wide rage of insults, cussing and cursing.

I often get nit picked by others by my choice of words, as english is not my mother tongue and I've to switch back and forth between english and my mother tongue and others. The grammatical structure is quite different.

And there's the handicap, where you don't know the exact word for the accurate meaning you want to convey to and use a synonim. That's a problem with people who spoke few languages whcih differ each other
