Wait who are you talking about dew or thyme or gorya care to explain Iām so confused lol
They are talking about Gorya or Makino (the character in the japanese ver equivalent to Gorya) basically they are both the same character but from different adaptations of the drama
Lol same. There's too much things going on for the first episode and it's very confusing. I feel like they throw…
Exactly there is so much going on that you dont get what is happening. Its all just thrown into it. Also I really wasnt expecting for everything to go so fast paced. Like its only the first episode of 16 and they already did the him coming into her dormitory covered in blood. I dont really get what will be done in future 15 episodes.
An unbiased opinion on the first episode here. Even though I like blackpink I'm not a die hard fan so my review on the first episode will be pretty fair.
The episode was pretty good, not the absolute best but it intrigues curiosity which will keep audience wanting to watch more. I didnt check the cast list before watching other than knowing who the main lead couple was going to be, so I was really suprised seeing some amazing actors appearing on screen e.g. Yoo In Na, Kim Hye Yoon, Jung Yoo Jin. Jisoo's acting deserves a praise. I wasnt honestly expecting her to be that good and natural but she suprisingly impressed me. But ofcourse she isnt a perfect actor as this is her debut drama but she did an excellent job in the first episode, being portrayed as a lively college student who wants some love in her life. I dont think I need to praise Jung Hae In because I'm sure we are all aware of his talent. Moreover, the visuals in this drama are a masterpiece. The cinematography is also great. The storyline, however, might be the downside of this drama and thats basically the most importanr part. I dont really see where they are taking the story yet. Is it a north vs south type of thing or political spy drama? I'm not going to keep my expectations very high so lets see how it goes.
Can you guys please stop about the female lead being annoying. Y'all watched one episode out of 16. She is ofc gonna get character development. Kim Da Mi didnt just pick a role just for the sake of it so please calm down your horses and keep watching
This exactly what I said after watching the first 2 eps. I really think Andrew was already infected and can control…
I have also had this theory since very beginning but then ignored it to focus on others as their wasnt any moves from Andrew. I agree that his character is very interesting and very important.
I think I might have an idea about what really is going on. I have this weird feeling that Andrew isnt just affected but also in control of himself. Like that man is behind all this zombie shit. He has somehow given something to everyone in that apartment building that they go absolutely crazy without getting the disease. As if he is the mastermind behind everything.
I rate this 10 but I will rate it low if it is not happy ending. You don't name a drama happiness and not give…
I dont think the word "happiness" is meant to represent the drama. The title is happiness because of all these characters that do not have any happiness and its showing how they go through absolute shit trying to find and protect their happiness but they cant (ofc only if its a sad ending).
Very impressed so far. I was really excited for this drama since late august and its finally out. Cheng Xiao's acting has improved a lot I must say, I watched FIYS and was a bit off put by her acting. You can see that she put effort into getting better and it makes the show more enjoyable. As for the actual drama, I love how fast paced it is, I'm up to episode 8 and there have been no unnecessary moments or cliches. I hope it goes that way. Moreover, I'm wishing there aint no second couple because as I have seen second lead couples get almost the screen time as the main couple in cdramas nowadays and its very annoying as half of the time their story sucks. Expecting a lot from the future episodes aswell.
The writer wrote strong female lead= cold, director get the assignment and tell the actor become lifeless, do…
Its honestly tiring to see how the only way we get a strong female lead is with a bitchy and cold personality. A woman doesnt need to be cold to be strong and independent, she can be soft and have her own moments when she cant solve the problems and let someone help her. They always portray strong woman to not want to get any affection and being closed off from the outside world in terms of their feelings.
There are so many plot holes and cliches. I'm trying to ignore them and like the drama but I just cant. Plus the chemistry sucks and I dont feel anything when they kiss or whatever romantic thing.
One thing bothering me a lot is how the ML found out about how the FL didnt know his brother aka her bf died then he kissed her. Like no it feels so wrong. I was expecting him to tell her that he died and stuff but he instead made out with her. I cant get the reason behind that action no matter how much I think.
Another issue with the plot is that ep 2 ended with such an impactful and amazing line "I am still trying to break up with him" but we see that line no where in ep 3. Also the whole her not knowing he died and shit is making the story worse. It would have been so much better if she found out he died 10 yrs ago and was still trynna move on.Even though watching this seems like a waste of time I'll still continue to watch and see where it goes as I had huge expectations from this drama.
if anyone is interested DKDKTV on youtube did a good cover on what's going on with his evil slutty ex-girlfriend…
I know what she did was totally wrong but I think we should hold back from calling her names, KSH did all that to protect her privacy and her so I dont think its right to call her a slut. Also we do not know her in real life and have no idea if all the information on the internet is correct so please dont call her names.
Hopefully, after Squid Game's massive success, korean industry will stop making filler series like that. There…
I think totally opposite. These type of shows are better than Squid Game for instance. The sweet and fun moments are what keep me engaged and interested but I guess we all have different tastes.
I just got spoiled about their breakup in ep 13 when I havent even watched ep 12 :((( . I had really hoped they stayed together and resolved all the problems showing that they have trust in each other.
Jang Tae Jin is a the shittiest person I have I ever seen. How dare he not marry her just because she was adopted? Who does he think he is to now want her back while ruining everything she has. A fucking asshole, I knew the bad vibes I got in the first few episodes were right. Also all the characters looking down on her and passing disgusting comments about her just because she was adopted dont deserve anything. What does being adopted have to do with anything. She is still her father's daughter, she deserves to inherit everything he had and be seen and addressed as his daughter not as an adopted orphan.
I really dont mind the bad CGI much but its the bad camera work for me. Its way to shaky and makes you feel sick. I hope it gets better in the coming episodes. The plot however seems interesting, a bit confusing tbh but I think its just because of only have watched 2 episodes. The performance by the cast however is amazing, just as I expected.
