By placing Shin Ye-eun and Cha Eun-woo under the tvN and Studio Dragon banner, Seorabeol Knife is practically guaranteed the highest tier of cinematic polish, global distribution infrastructure, and industry prestige available in the market. Even if a script leans into familiar tropes, the sheer scale of the production value usually turns it into an unavoidable global event. even if it is a spinoff it means attraction and it can help elevate shin Yeeun stardom.

Shin Yeeun is a good pick opposite cha Eunwoo—Yeeun have that poetry-like acting which can help Eunwoo exceed his acting and Yeeun can benefit global stardom from Eunwoo. I’m sure there are rumours that Gayoung offered her good friend Yeeun this role which i believe is BS, and anyways it seems Gayoung was hinted well promised to do Scent of the Night. So I had a feeling Gayoung would eventually drop Seorabeol Knife since she is booked and busy.
she have so far four projects this time and I have a feeling she will drop the other film or something like that
honestly this project she rejected it’s best that Yeeun got the role she needs more like a global push for her career and studio dragon have a reputation for star making actors.
my queen needs to crossover more into chungmuro and all. I noticed her work in films is less and maybe it’s the fact her company is a tv first produced and all.
If shin Yeeun accepts this role this would be her ticket gate to S+ status and possibly recognition for chungmuro, her agency better not screw this up like they did in Night Traveler
