The thing is there are people out there like that.
And I actually understand why she was like that. She wanted to earn money for her mom which is why she was submissive at the workplace and just never opposed her boss.
It's not like she didn't want to stand up for herself but the fear of loosing the job stopped her.
When her mom dies she looses the reason to earn and hence takes a stand for herself.
She too admits that she has been hard on herself so it's not like she didn't knew.

I don't believe it's her problem. it's important to stand up for yourself but that doesn't change the fact that people have taken advantage of her goodness and that they are the issue not her.

Well ngl it's not like I totally disagree with you cause I liked the supporting characters and their stories a LOT. The love stories were cute (2nd half) .
My comment was in relation to the story of our leads. I literally HATED the childhood and kidnapping theme (not a fan of the trope).
In the first half the relationship of the leads is interesting and the comedy is good. Although I really wished our other side couples got more screentime.

Ahh I love this comment. It's like the characters were having a contest for who can be more unlikeable. I swear I wanted to slap everyone.
And yes the damn drinking problem. I wouldn't even be surprised if it was 18 eps cause all of the characters die of lung cancer in the 20th.

So the fl can forgive the ml (who was just a really bad person) but not her own fiance ( who was actually good and didn't want to hurt her).
Aah she is crazy and definitely needs some self love class.

I don't usually have any problem if the drama isn't good in the first few eps (unless it's really really bad) so I wouldn't mind the beginning.
After watching A piece of your mind I definitely warmed up to chill ,calm and slow dramas lmao.

I haven't updated my watchlist and I've watched like 8 eps. To me the drama is really good. I love the friendship of the females. And the relationship between the ml and the fl (he is his stepson) is pretty adorable. There are some weirdos who actually ship them but to me they seemed the perfect son-mother duo or even at times siblings. Watch the drama it's actually pretty good.

Yess I'm actually waiting eagerly for the forbidden marriage to get over so I can binge watch. Alap missing season 2 and unlock my boss seem pretty interesting.

Talking about the actress I loved her in A piece of your mind.

I felt so weird how people started shipping Jung hye and Soogyum. There are other relations other than that.
Soogyum needed a mother figure and Jung hye needed a son. They both completed each other and to me that was beautiful 😭❤

I still cannot believe how Eun pyo forgave Chunhee when she was nothing but rude , mean and a jerk to her.

I don't watch anything to relate it to myself. I liked them and found them interesting as characters. Having a preference in your dating life is not a big deal but limiting yourself to just that is. He didn't like her despite her being 'ugly'. He says to her that she is pretty even when he wasn't in love with her.
