if you are new to cdramaland, have watched a few good light-hearted historicals, then i must warn you that not all are same and you need to know beforehand, that many of our favourite historicals are inclusive of the tags like "misunderstandings," "heartbreak," "betrayal," "annoyimg/naive so-and-so character," "sad ending" and more.

- FL is naive to every insane extent which can be extremely annoying
you might even come to a point whr u wanna drop this since the ML is shown extremely pitiful
- the ML suffers A LOT.,,,a frustrating amount of times.
- some things may appear extremely cringey mainly 'cause of the FL (since she is deprived of her senses)
- the plot is good, would appeal more if ur new to cdramaland

conclusively, leave the human in u; who has had their own embarrassing moments, is biased, easily finds things cringey and most importantly, is not in the mood to watch a not-so-light xianxia.

here are a few things to know (kinda like a warning) b4 u pick this drama up:

is it just me or everything kinda feels draggy somehow? i might change my statement who knows when it ends but as of now, this should've been shorter.

i personally really liked the drama. yes, it has it's flaws and characters i didn't like or found them annoying, but overall it was pretty enjoyable.

it is!! if only you are not bothered by zhao lusi only being the "face" of the princesses. Editing is fine. You might also get annoyed by the FLs action too lol. But do give it a try!! There's something about it that makes me ignore all of the above.
