Acting wasn't terrible. There was character development. Story was good but plot execution was bad. Their chemistry was good too. I bet you just didn't like the plot execution and you're blaming everything about it now instead of looking at it objectively. However, I do agree that the CGI was bad and the drama as a whole was bad too.
Well, the concept was good. Apart from the awful CGI it seemed good and that's all it had going until episode 9. Episode 9 and onwards became a parody of itself. It failed to convey any message and it most terribly failed in its plot execution. The only thing that was worth mentioning other than the concept is the performances of the cast. Especially the ml and FL who were like they had been ripped out from the cast of Romeo and Juliet and then put into this drama with no direction. It felt awkward having them in an awful plot. A disappointing 5.5 from me.
Okay okay just hear me out but this zoom in zoom out in the first scene itself got be laughing XD. This is definitely trying to do something that kollywood directors would do
it was a two sided misunderstanding. both of them almost confessed to each other on text but since oto (soramame)…
And hence we had to wait until the end. You know the writer isn't good at building romantic relationships when he makes the beginning of the romantic relationship the climax of the story. Although that in itself isn't bad but also isn't great either
Well, why? Is my question. The two leads at the end kissed, yes.. then they hugged and they kissed again ....so why ? Why do I feel like they're still friends rather than lovers. I'm not gonna lie, their friendship chemistry is literally fire. I believe that the leads are actually really good friends and probably the awkwardness of a kiss kicked in. Anyways overall a good drama worth the score of 8.0
Who said it's slow burn romance? 😏 There's no slow burn if there will never be any romance...buhaha. Just saying this might end up like 2521 only slightly worse ...hehehe boiii
I usually drop J dramas, because even being romance they have to add some kind of dark trope. The one episode…
Romance can be the conclusion and the climax. I think that's the approach they're taking. They want to build up to the the relationship rather than showing the relationship build itself. Korean 16 episode standard is building upto the relationship until 8/9 episode and then letting the relationship build itself. However, I've watched a lot of anime and this is a typical anime style kinda build up. Even the outro to all the episodes is inspired by anime. Aaaah the good old days...
Hmm..the thin blue line. The sense of duty. Corruption, and shameless higher ups. Admist all of that, what will you do to be a good cop? A question asked through and through out this drama series. Will you be able to stay on the right side of things when the people you wanted to protect and the organisation who protected the people alongside with you turn their backs on you? Will you still have that sense of duty? And if yes, why? This series doesn't actually answer the question, however it does brings out the issues that patrol police officers have to face day in and day out. The fears they have and the ambitions they have all portrayed in a nice and concise 18 episode series called 'Live'. Solid 8.5.
Btw what was your rating?
