Title Our Blues
A solid 9.0 from me. However, this drama is not for everyone and it's definitely not for teenagers. It's for the mature people. The very people who will most certainly understand that teen pregnancy isn't really an okay thing. Basically it's not for teenagers. Yes , once a teen is pregnant, it's a done deal and yes, being supportive is the only way teenage mothers can get through such hard times. That said, endorsing teen pregnancy isn't something anyone should be doing. The series comes to a borderline endorsement, in which case isn't a good thing. It was shrouded in criticism for enveloping teen pregnancy with romance but is it really a bad thing? Well, yes and no. First of all, enveloping teen pregnancy with romance is okay since it provides emotional support and security for the mother. However, the fact that the series put more emphasis on that rather than the possible health risks that a teenage mother could face is indeed one of the most biggest blunders the series could ever make. Remember teen pregnancy can lead to higher risk of mortality than when fully matured. Anyways, still love their romance though. It was cute. ;) Hehe...

Sometimes I feel a bit dizzy after a long good camera shake and sometimes it feels like the director wanted to…

Yeah, I recall that scene, and I was baffled too. From his expression Dong Seuk never really understood either…
Exactly, her ex-husband is almost vilified in this series but his reasoning about her condition is justified 100 percent. She is a threat to her own son. If I were her ex-husband I would be afraid to even let my son see her again let alone be with her.

It was before her father's suicide. Apparently she wanted to mess herself up so that her father would care about her again. In all my years have I never heard so much B.S. I have no idea what was going through her head. The fact that she says she loved him alot so she didn't want to ask him to mess her up but instead she asked his best friend to do it. Wow!? That's brilliant right?! As if that won't traumatize or hurt him. He's a capital SIMP and she is a ....I don't even want to say the word. So pissed off at her character. However, I can't say the writing is unrealistic cuz well.. our world is truly messed up and such events can happen in real life.

Just finished the 14th episode and I have to say, this series keeps me emotionally locked in. Even though Don Seok and Seon Ah's story isn't that great, the others' stories are all fantastically portrayed. Can't believe how impressive these 14 episodes have been. My score now has gone upto 9.0. wonderfully done! Hope the next few episodes keeps the momentum going on.

I almost dropped this drama because of this story but after a rewatch i found it’s really good. I think it’s…
Yup. The first part is definitely for mature audience. 'Our Blues' , a fitting name and a fitting start to the series

The second part of the series portrays the difficult situations and difficult decisions that young teenagers have to make on their own due to teenage pregnancy and how love and affection is the only comfort that they can find in each other. Nicely paced and nicely executed. A solid 8.5 for this part.

I also love how Han Soo was motivated to keep fighting for her daughter's dream of becoming a professional golf…
Yup, that's beautifully potrayed ... didn't expect the 1st 3 episodes to be this good.

Title Our Blues
The first part of the series which potrays Eun Hee's and Han Soo's story was a fantastic potrayal of what time does to either character. One character has obtained financial success but it's of no use because the character in question doesn't know how to become happy. While the other character is struggling financially to support and maintain whatever happiness he has in his life. A solid 8.5 for this story. Now on to the next episodes.

A solid 8.0 from me. I have seen enough of this kind of plots that it doesn't surprise me anymore. However, this drama has no surprises at all even if you were new to these kind of dramas. Overall, an 'okay' drama that'll make you feel happy and fluffy at the end.

Well well well. I expected more but it was an alright drama. The CGI ain't great and it definitely ain't good as well, however fortunately it wasn't bad. The story was good. I loved the historical aspect of it because I wanted to know more about their characters instead. The support roles were fun to watch and the main leads did their job well. Overall a good drama that's different enough to keep the audience entertained. A solid 8.5 from me.

Well, can you find love in friendship? That's what the romance between the FL and ML is all about. A romance that's not too cheesy and not too mature. It's a sweet spot that somewhat between the two. Overall, the show is all about finding the right timing, grabbing on to opportunities and amaking sure past mistakes aren't repeated. A solid 8.5 from me.

P.S As a former badminton player, it brings
back memories of how fun and challenging the game was for me.

What a disappointment! With a promising start to a boring mid series plot and then to a very poor production quality end. A very fitting 7.0 shall be awarded to this certainly underwhelming series. All this series had me saying was "wow....another scene where they didn't have the budget to get it done'.

Title The Story of Ming Lan Spoiler
what the hell is this ML?????? he have a mistress and a child. Can't hold himself. How is he the ML?? the other…
Actually, ML always treated Minglan like a younger sister. Always watching her from afar. And when given the opportunity he would always try to bring the best out of Minglan (because she always held back due to past experiences). ML understood her situation more than anyone else since he knew what she went through as a child. That's the main reason whenever she smiles and has a good time, ML would also smile and be happy for her from afar. Basically, when SML was pursuing FL and FL was in favor of SML, ML was supportive and was truly happy for her. Everytime that ML saw her, there was a sweet smile on his face. Actually, ML also knew that he himself wasn't good enough for Minglan and that's why he never approached her from the beginning and just kept looking after her like an elder brother(basically, it didn't even cross his mind). Well, things changed afterwards though. ML, who always thought of Minglan as a kid younger sister started to see her as a woman when she showed concern for his daughter, Rong'er. You see, ML was so infatuated and obsessed in finding his only born son that he forgot about his daughter's upbringing. Minglan pointed out this fault without any filter and then ML knew at that moment he couldn't lose her to anyone else. That's how ML started to fall for FL. It's not because of 'puppy love' but because she showed concern for his daughter, a daughter that wasn't her own. The ML who was cruelly betrayed by his former love of his life, saw Minglan as someone who can be trusted, not just as a mother for his daughter but also as a life partner. This is what we call 'mature love' , a form of love that is constant and not just in the heat of the moment. I believe their love story is a well tempered And baked in story. A love story that has a very good foundation.
