Why does the first episode feel like I'm watching teenage brains in adult bodies? They're 23 or something right? Why do they act like teenagers? I mean, I'm a college student and at 23, the only thing we think about is how the hell we gonna get our GPA from the gutters. Also among other things.

The villain was in his own spinoff in this drama ..hehe

After watching Minglan all other costume dramas feel like they're parodies..lol

Well, it was worth my time. I can't say it was slow paced because the pacing was needed to fully flesh out the characters in order to do justice to the story.

It might not have been a block busting drama, however it was consistent in all departments right through out making sure that the viewers stay entertained. A solid 8.5 from me.

Yup the thriller part was just unnecessary

Started out as a banger, then from episode 10 onwards, it's almost as if the writer took an all expenses paid vacation in the middle of production because the quality of the drama plummetted severely. The trope of the friendly neighborhood bar owner being the villain is so overused that I'm beginning to see such a trope as a parody. With a badly fleshed out origin story to both main leads and villain, to a really toxic kinda secondary relationships, this drama surely doesn't deserve a 8.0. A 7.5 from me.

Wat da ..why they do that? I mean, the other 32 are already pirated.. why DRM them now ? So unfair for pirates who don't have money XD.

Just like other sub par dramas this drama too suffers from bad scripting. A 7.5 from me

I saw that. However that wasn't included in the show, sadly. What a loophole they left unanswered.

If you start with Cdramas. Start with The Long ballad. It isn't romance centric but it's interesting.
