Title Bloodhounds
I’m not sure what it is I can’t pin point it but it’s something about the personality of Woo Do Hwans character.…
Makes you want to smoosh him and make him soup.

I really enjoyed this much more than I expected. I started it for a a Kim Jae Young fix but really ended up enjoying the story and characters for most of the cast. I think the minimal (relatively speaking) amount of screechy bratty nonsense helped. It was there but it was not near as prevalent as any I've seen. I am not 100% a fan of the acting choices of the FL but overall I felt it was well acted for this genre.

Oh no! Not another crisis! As much as i do not like the screeching factor that is standard with family dramas, I always end up finding at least one couple, if not more,, who's story I want to watch play out and get invested, so I have signed up again to be on board for the run of this show. I do like how we have a FL that has a lil fight back here and is standing up for herself (in the most respectfully sarcastic way possible which I love).

WDH once again is gold. He manages to pull of such a range and have it believable and can pull of this type of comedy without it getting annoying. The first couple episodes were great and I hope the writing stays strong as so far this is my favorite version of a sageuk with comedic elements. I find morally grey characters far more interesting than the typical good guy vs bad guy so this is off to a great start.

Kim Sung Cheol will be a good fit for this role imo. I don't believe in 'cancelling' and I do hope that Yoo Ah In takes time and gets the help that he needs so he can be seen again in future productions. I also don't feel it's necessary to cancel a planned production because of one actor being unable to participate and I do want to see what happens next for Hellbound. I look forward to seeing Kim Sung Cheol if he takes this role and I am very hopeful Yoo Ah In gets the help he needs and comes back in the future for even bigger and better roles.

It sounds like you may not have the experience or been affected by addiction, its treatments, recovery and how it changes brain chemistry to a large extent. When one gets to the point they are using a drug like propofol out of a surgical setting then everyday logic and thought processes do not apply.

Unfortunately it’s pretty much impossible to legislate away medical / emotional / psychological issues. Until society as a whole is willing to understand that addiction is a medical and mental health issue that needs to be treated and managed long term and take steps towards treatment without social stigma nothing will change.

Thank goodness this came out as a police investigation and not something worse. I'm hopeful that he gets the help he needs and comes back healthy and that the powers that be allow him to pick up his career once he's worked through what is likely quite a dark time for him. I hope the masses will allow him to come back once he is healthy and what will be happier.
