His Korean significantly improved as the series progressed. He had some challenges season one but he obviously worked at consistently improving his Korean over the course of the series.

I mean most kdramas would have the father operating on his own daughter so I appreciated this one where they were reigning in the dad. I really enjoyed this drama. Being in the medical field myself I rarely find medical dramas watchable but this one was a binge watch for me.

Comparing the usual one random sex scene that consists of a boob shot with watching porn is laughable. If you're going to make an argument against sex scenes at least try to make a realistic comparison. Or even easier, don't watch 19+ content. Its not that hard. If you are that averse to seeing a drama over what is a probable max 15 to 30 second clip over hours of content then the drama obviously isn't made for you.
