If you enjoy the drama just keep watching it. Don't know what the problem is as actually dropped it and gave it a second viewing to see if could change my mind but wasn't for me..... people will form opinions different to yours and different to mine. Fact of life just so you know..... Anyways get your 100 likes really doesn't bother me....

CFY yes has done some damage, maybe soon might die down and can start again but I'm not one of them, surely some will be. Zhou Ye yes starting on different paths right now go CFY, maybe her creating distance for now is good.
Haters give it very low rating without reason. I rated it in between & have given good reviews for these leads in other dramas. Anyways that's it there is no need create friction for minor things I was just pointing out how fractured the score is for this film, goodbye. Hope you enjoyed the movie

Douban is more reliable it's a mix of voters plus experts who rate them, they have a legit metrix..... MDL is rubbish I see it all the time....
Xiao Zhan, Bai Lu dramas could be rubbish but rated super high here..... Douban is alot more realistic.... No one has accused me being anti, if I was I would have scored it a 1/10 when clearly it's not a 1/10

My question is, when does MDL come out with proper moderating and scoring metrix? I go on the Douban ratings it gives it 5.8 which I think is the real reflection not MDL ratings. MDL never get it right with scores
I have given it a 5.5 so no one can accuse me of being an anti I rated Lighter and Princess high and Zhou Ye war drama high. Story was ok but I just felt lacked in few areas such as chemistry at start & execution. Low budget film so still impressed
If being honest this film should be in range of 5.4-8.1
To bad all these fans have destroyed all the proper credibility of what the score should really reflect

Landi Li has absolutely nothing to do with this drama, search her name and this drama on weibo and i guarantee you nothing will appear.
I am a massive Wang Hedi fan and his MDL page is full of upcoming dramas that have no chance of going into production, but from all my readings i am confident this drama will be next to go into production, they even released schedule for martial arts training in June. Director even released cast via weibo post. Confident Tian Xi Wei will be Female Lead too....
I'm also thinking about giving up on this drama. There is too much of everything, and in fact nothing concrete.…
Some reason towards the end kinda got off both leads. But willing the cut both slack as again not easy roles to pull off. Both BL & LYX did as well as they could i suppose.
For me combination of story and not connecting the leads or supports.
