FL has done an amazing job her acting is impeccable here.

watching this show brings out some hate towards Japan for its regressive thinking and in trying to be different they are ignoring everything and not accepting new mordern methods developed by other countries.

I wouldn't want to vist such place no matter how cool their culture looks otherwise.

ohh is that so I was thinking these incidents must be inspired from real life stories. There is this other drama about a labour inspector but I found this one more interesting and the way it highlights the plight and exploitation of labours is so heart wrenching.

I think people are so used to the kdrama makjang trope that seeing each cases resolved with satisfying solution is not easy for them to digest. Hence the criticism for this drama.

Absolutely right quite enjoyed the drama every actor, character did a great job.

yep I think someone else could have brought what this ML is clearly missing I found the show slow and boring because of him. Also as you said it lacked spark and refinment something was definitely missing. I skipped ⏩from 11th episode.

I liked the show except for the ML whom I find boring hence I feel the show is slow. The concept is good, we have had the same type of story done in our regional language our world being a patriarchal society it's always expected for the women to be accepting, where as here they showed SFL had a choice and even the FFL did, this theme was good.

Many commentors hate both FLS for their choice it's them I find are probably the teens or in their 20s.

I am in my 40s what I didn't get was why they were showing he had a wishy washy personality but was easily able to ask SFL out, I dropped it at the 10th episode ⏩ skipped some and ended the show at the 12th episode.

I actually dropped the show found it a bit slow and I think maybe either I lack the intelligence to understand some things from this show or that the writing is to subtle for my understanding

I really wanted to watch this show not knowing he stars in this now I won't.

exactly people defending him are delulu saying it isn't proven yet and what not.

You can read it but I don't think it leaves any lasting impression I only remember it as an average read nothing else stuck with me.

Just like the manga I gusses the live adaptation too would be just like that an ok read and watch, thanks I was looking for someone to confirm this now I don't need to watch it reading the manga was enough for me.

this has charm but the over the top manga acting is silly but still fun to watch however I don't wanna spend time watching this when I know what the end will be I don't have the patience to watch till the end.

I am on the 8th episode and it's frustrating to see the way MCs are behaving. I very much disliked the FLs damsel in distress earlier as well.

The connection of the past and spells and curses is and interesting plot and I think it is what's making me want to stay and finish this show.

I midway in the first episode and this show us giving off the vibes of the hit Hollywood movie music & lyrics let's see what we will get.

I totally agree with your 2 point for why the show feels lackluster they very quickly resolved their differences even with the second couple they should have explored more on why both couples had trouble accepting their respective partners.

All the episodes after that resolution felt typical story like we have watched in other dramas.
