How is the love story in this drama(Ojakgyo Brothers). I am a fan of rom-coms with arrogant female leads than male leads. And that grandpa in smile you made me quit it. I think I watched upto three episodes in smile you. Will the grandpa change or will he remain same in smile you. And is there character like that grandpa in Ojakgyo Brothers.

Have you completed this drama. Can I pick this up. I liked FATHER IS STRANGE, and the summary intrigued me. Is it worth watching???

Deducting two points for the above flaws I will rate it 8/10. Honestly these flaws reveal themselves only at the end of the show, so go on and watch it. It is a quick paced fluff which was too good that I didn't want it to end.

What gi jae young did was outright wrong. How could he fall in love with his friend's girlfriend?? Suppose they were married and had a child, would he still love her. There should always be a line drawn between friends and girlfriend. Being nice to her, developing feelings for her are all the consequences of crossing the line. We all have first crushes, and think about it, how many of us have approached our crushes and how many of us have decided to move and have a better girlfriend/wife. There are 3 billion women on this planet and highschool isn't the only place to find love.
The romantic plot between the main leads could have been better developed and rushing it seemed to be pushing two people together into a love story.

And is the male lead in this drama cold and arrogant with superiority complex or warms up like SHOPPING KING LOUIE Seo in guk in later episodes, cuz I'm thinking of picking this drama up, and I really liked Seo in guk character, while I hate dramas with arrogant male leads.
(If you haven't watched it, Seo in guk's character was too soft towards female lead.)

I came to this page after watching backstreet rookie. Could I have a similar experience in this drama?? Backstreet rookie though had over the top plotlines, but it was really good because of the simplistic characters. Should I pick up this drama or drop it??

If you want a good office drama with a bit of romance, you could watch miss temper and Nam Jung gi. After watching it, I picked this drama up hoping this drama would improve the level. But contrarily, this drama made my previous one look like a splendid drama. In Ms. Temper and Nam Jung gi, the romance is less, but the crafty female lead and the Male Lead who is not brainless or dishonest, attracted me. Of course there were some characters in that drama too who irritated me, but they were minor characters, and they immediately changed for good. But in this drama all the four main leads are the most annoying leads I have ever seen. Heed my warning, and watch Nam jung gi, don't go for this drama and get caught into a mouse trap of 31 hours like me!!!!!

Completed this drama just now. Upto episode 25 or 24 I think, it's too good that I would rate it 10, if being less generous, I could never score it below 9.5. but after episode 25, the writers changed, or atleast the script changed. If i am more generous, I would rate the drama 5.5, just for the first 23 episodes. The ending literally kept me mad all this while. I know I am giving out spoiler here, but these spoilers won't affect your watching.

Yes, the main leads end up together, and previously upto episode 24 I wanted them to, but the brainless Male Lead, and the idiotic female spoiled their entire love story. In the later episodes, I actually wanted the male lead to never contact the female lead, but as I mentioned he's brainless. And that's not the only case. He has a splendid gambler close to him, whose wits he could have used to trample his brother, but he always remains a brainless good Samaritan.

Now about the secondary love story, that was even worse than the previous one. I actually thought the second female lead, couldn't remember her name as I was too mad at her, she turns down Third Male Lead and goes behind the toxic husband, who is one of the worst characters ever. The husband one time wants to go behind his wife and the other time goes behind second female lead. That is nothing different from two timing. If his wife was a native of a village in Tamil Nadu, the entire villagers would have come to his office and beat him to a pulp. And the second female lead was even more stupid, going behind the second rather than third male lead. So sad, the third male lead fell in love with a bitch. They say appearances are deceiving and I learnt the truth from this secondary story.

Now there are two other love stories. One story I hated at first, but both of these love stories in these final episodes were so cute, that I ended up completing the drama for them. If not I wouldn't have bothered to finish it. I wouldn't spoil it, as it is the best written plotlines in this crappy drama.

And finally other than romance, there is also office politics. And the brainiest in the office politics are the villains, and the male lead's father. If I were the female lead, I would have either spoiled one of villain's project or would have recorded her conversation and put her under a check. But our Male and Female Leads are like Indian Heroes. They only fight by justice and never go wrong. If you do that, then why threaten villain at end? And there is one more intelligent person I forgot to mention. It is the husband. He is so crafty that he tried his luck first to reconcile with his wife, then got back with SFL, then again ditched her and tried to go back to his wife, but got rejected and goes back to SFL. What kind of a man is he. He could well wear a saree and roam around as a woman. No, he should walk around naked till he develops a sense of shame and morality. Every time I think of the husband, I think of burning him with kerosene. And I forgot to thrash the FL. She is one of the bitches that have changed my views on older women. Her age is 30+ but she acts like 10+!!! She stimulates the ML feelings for a while, and then trample it all of a sudden in the name of saving him. What a load of crap. If she wanted to help him, she should have deadlocked the villain at the beginning, rather than letting the villain ride her. She believes whatever the villain says, when she has worked for many years under her and knows fully well about her.

I would never recommend this drama to anyone, because out of four love stories, the main two irritated me to the greatest extent. If you started watching it, watch upto episode 24, and then watch episode 31 directly so you won't experience what I had, while knowing the ending, or stop at 24 and think up your own ending, and don't root for SFL with TML. You will be in for a great sense of fury. This drama would go for a 3/10 and for consideration of the really good 24 episodes, I will give it a 5/10.

This drama is getting more and more interesting. Currently at episode 22, the romance is slow, but we'll developed. The husband is a literal crap, who doesn't know how to draw lines between work and personal life. Whatever might be the case how could he roam around with the SFL all the time, in her car, in her house etc... and he trampled on SFL to his own advantage. I hope SFL will end up with TML, who is a much better character than this piece of trash. And as much as it is difficult for ML to end up with FL, I really want them to be together, because life is all about difficulty. Though ML would lose his power by not marrying another chaebol, he could always work to top from bottom. And all this age gap in other dramas, why do they need to emphasize it? We all have only one life and it is not meant to be lived perfectly right? Anyway the plot is not slow but moves at a constant pace, and this is the first drama that I am giving live commentary, because this is so good, that I wanted to appreciate it.👍🙌🙌

Don't bother trying out this drama, it is literally the worst I have seen, they tried making female lead strong, but at around episode 11 she turns into an ass. The starting was somewhat okay, but later on the series started turning into a kid friendly series, and the female lead was the tip-off of this worst series. Tried watching it, but after episode 11 the female lead makes problems out of nothing. Dropped at episode 13 after long fight

Does the main couple Mitsui and Yuka does any infidelity??? I hate dramas with cheating and this drama was tagged infidelity, so I wanted to know it.

Most older generation women in india, though illiterate, though treated brutally by their husbands, never have an affair behind their husband's back. They have gone through a lot worse situations than what shown in this drama, their husbands would hit them, curse them with worst words, their mother in law's lash at them, but never do they once think about cheating on their husbands, because cheating is basically breaking their husbands trust. Surely we might have exceptions, but it is very very rare. Other countries in the world should learn Monogamy from India and abolish Polygamy, and make it illegal by announcing sentences for crimes related to polygamy. Cheating by both men and women is wrong and both should be equally sentenced to several years in prison to repent their mistakes.

My answer is going to be long, but please read it before watching this drama.

I watched this drama to clear my stance on affair, and am confirmed with my thoughts. The wife in this drama is one of the worst kdrama characters. The husband might be neglectful, but he was never a rash or brutal person. Sure, eating and drinking with other women is considered wrong, but the wife could have told him to avoid such things, and an affair is nowhere comparable to it. By having an affair, you are basically breaking the trust that your partner has on you. At first, I too thought that the husband shouldn't go for a divorce since they have a child, but once your spouse cheats on you, you seem to keep on suspecting them, and you can never forget the sin they caused to you. If you aren't able to cope up with your life, take some time to talk with your spouse, or once and for all quit the marriage, and do whatever you want to do in your life. But sexual gratification with other men, makes the woman a slut. A slut will always be sexually deprived, and even if she seem to change for good for now, she would definitely think of having an affair in the future. If you feel bored of your marriage, once in a while, you could buy different devices and sexually experiment with your husband or alone. The husband though did many wrongs, he should have divorced his wife, and divorce isn't the end of all things. There are many successful single dads and you can always meet a better woman in your life who will always prioritize you. Lord Rama said one should atone for his sins, and that's the way he would become more truthful in life. The husband should have divorced the wife and sought custody of their son, to make the wife suffer, and he could have lived a harder, but more happy life. But forgiving his wife and starting again would make their marriage even more lifeless. Once cheated, most could never come out of it because of the guilty pleasure, and all cheaters should be pushed from the top of Mt. Everest to their death, because rather than following their mind they followed their dick and did atrocities.😂😂😂 Once in a while Koreans make such stupid dramas and make right something the society condemns wrong. Why should you seek another man when you have your husband or the internet?????
