I think most intl fans are loving it but better than everyone "actual" locals aka online bullies are hating it on their communities it seems. If like you it, cheer on and if you don't, drop the show and move on than camping under comments to hate on it persistently as if your life depends on it.

I swear the haters are the worst. I kept putting it off in spite of my socials being filled with MLR content and when I finally decided to watch it I was shocked by the hate it was getting on this platform. like people were "professionally" hating on it in the reviews and comments as if their life depended upon it. you don't like it move on then, it's just a kdrama. how do you spend so much time and energy on hating it like they do in here.
anyways I'm glad I didn't give 2 shits to these haters and just went on with it and it was the best thing ever. I love love love love it.

Completed this drama last night and woke up today feeling a void inside me. Story wise it may not be the best, but the the drama as a whole- actors, ost, scenes and the overall vibe is just top notch. I was a bit skeptical about this time travel thing as many promising dramas(eternal monarch) got messy because of the storyline but it was pretty clean here. I just know I'm going to be obsessed with this for too long. It's such a light watch and instantly puts you in a good mood. BWS has always caught my eye in other roles he has done but he's so so so so so much mindblowing in this. That guy deserves all that fame and recognition.

I think her reactions are a lot weird and bland even during intense scenes, hence the hatred cuz the other actors are doing their job really well and she's seems like a misfit.

if both the guys are MLs, it's possible for HW to be w Inha since he's the ML as well. tae oh will probably end up being the heir smh and stay alone without a partner.

this movie is absolutely stunning. Loved every sec of it. the music, acting, chemistry, visuals everything was great. bawled my eyes out. completely lost it when he said "I broke it long time ago" at the fireworks.

Not to be that person but one thing about this drama that stood out for me other than the sweet chemistry, ost and the whole plot is that the drama is just 24 eps long. I mean this is the right length. in fact it maybe too long for some people. One of the major reasons cdrams are looked down is because it's very very easy to get bored when you watch a drama that has 30+ eps and people will either not start or give up in between. all such long eps will make it lose plot and add a lot of filler moments and subplots that won't always be interesting to the viewers.

don't take me as an annoying kdrama stan trying to sh*t on cdramas, but HIDDEN LOVE is THE cdrama. I've watched very very few cdramas and mostly tend to avoid them cuz the chemistry/story/ost never really intrigue me. also the 20+ eps bore me out easily. But I didn't even skip a single min of this one. it's perfect. the ost is effing beautiful. The story may seem quite basic but the chemistry, acting, music and the overall vibes makes you hooked. Lusi is adorable(not cringe at all, she's an absolute goofball). And Mr. Chen Zheyuan...... what are you? are you even real? are you some ai project? like how can a person be so perfect. absolute green flag in the drama serving hot and cute looks all at once. I could die for that smile of yours. Everyone WATCH THIS ONE. It's the absolute cutest, delightful, toe curling(in a cute way) drama and will make you blush and squeal throughout. I loveeeeeeee ittttttt sm
