I think her reviews are actually pretty sensible in terms of her own views. It is her own opinion on a drama. I mean there are dramas that i love while she criticized or even dropped it. I mean she is pretty honest and bold on her opinions that's why i still watch her. Plus she is on point with almost all her reviews because she actually used to be a person who works for the Chinese film industry.

Im kinda hoping he redeemed his character too because i see he is quite a decent person in eps 20 im not sure he forced her but the usual trope of this kind of drama is usually him forcing marriage and her agreeing because he got something precious to her as a collateral. But lets just hope for a twist since this is such a good drama

Yesss like i love him so much in historical dramas he's so handsome in those costumes god help the mark under his eyes in this series is awesome lol i can't stop looking at it. No kidding if they replace him in the middle i will stop watching this. So they better not.

Hemmm, Ning is actually a very emotional person from the start tho. The reason he is there in the first place is because of the emotional attachment towards his comrades and yangying, he cares for the people close to him and the people of Wu. Yes, he is jealous but i don't think he acts it out at all. The reason for his actions is because he respect Ruyi as a person and especially because he respect Ruyi as a woman is disrespected by LTG. LTG and Shi San actually did the same thing by pestering her as well as obsessing over her even when they knew she felt uncomfortable by it, that's the same thing as being catcalled in our current society. NYZ is so respectful towards anyone especially Ruyi that's why he is mad.

THIS i mean most of the younger actors from china if we're speaking honestly are so bad at acting. Most of them either are expressionless, stiff and act cool to the point that its boring to see them on screen. I love loveeee liu yuning, because he is an actual actor that can actually act and not just trying to look cool in front of the camera. I hate how Chinese netizens think he doesn't deserve this role because he's not handsome or good enough. Like for me he is handsome af here plus the six hall uniform makes him look ethereal fr. I absolutely love the chemistry between the actors like this is one of my fav on screen actors even including kdramas and other asian dramas

Agreed, although i hate his character, i love the actor because of how perfectly he portrayed the role

i think it'll be bad if he knows too early tho, his obsession with her is really unhealthy that's why ruyi is trying to hide, if he isn't obsessed he is actually a quite decent person
