I think what made her fall for ning easily is only because of his charm, she didn't fall in love with ning but rather attracted to him physically and he seems to be the perfect candidate for her baby's father. Her feelings towards ning may have deepen but i don't think she knows that yet and probably would still kill him if its necessary. I think her innocence is because she isn't taught any human interactions or love, that's why she's displaying what we would call flirtatious action toward males directly just so ning will have s*x with her its not that she fell for ning but rather she's only doing what she is used to doing to get what she wants.
