Tbh, this happens with almost every show that shows female hardships while also showcasing romance. And especially so if people are attracted to the lead actor because then they start trying to live vicariously through the female lead.

I feel like MY is starting to realize that ZYL may or may not feel something toward HQ. Did you guys see the face she made when he said that divorce was not up to HQ to decide?

Also, I don't think those letters will incriminate HQ. I feel like she will end up using them herself. Especially because the only one who can enter her room and search is ZYL and a couple of her maids always seem to be there. The only issue is that one maid that likes the guard...

Also, side note, none of these speculations are based on the novel because I remember seeing somewhere that there's a plan to change a couple of things from the novel. I'm assuming the changes will come after ep 20?

He can still make her his concubine. He's not an Emperor in the show like he is in the novel so it's not as difficult if it ends up all being a dream. Sure, his mom won't approve but he technically doesn't need her approval for that. He'd only need it to make her his main wife. So that's why I think them being together could work out if they go the "it was just a dream" route. As for the last parts, idk I think it's better than her ending up with no one because that's the alternative.

From ep 14 I think the ending will satisfy 3rd ML and 1st ML fans. I think in her "current" life aka the "dream" she'll end up with the 3rd ML. But when she wakes up she will be with the 1st ML. So it's a happy ending romance-wise for me who is a fan of both of them lmao.

But it's also sad cause this means she actually wasn't able to go back to the past and change anything. Her mom, dad, and brother all died horribly due to her and their past crimes.

Seems like in ep 16, that's when she could finally be potentially granted a divorce from that weirdo based on the ending of the trailer for ep 16.

In the novel, the cliff thing was a trap setup by MY and that one guy that likes her. It was a test to figure out who the 2ML truly liked. If he picked HQ then MY planned to fall off the cliff and that other guy was going to save her and run off with her. In the end, she ends up surviving. As for the poison wine, it's not real. ZXW's mom/grandma just does that so he will give up on HQ. But honestly, idk if they are still going to do this in the drama. They might.

She couldn't allow HQ to be with ZWX because he was breaking etiquette and rules for her right? Or is there another reason?

Rewatched ep 9 and ZXW's mom/grandma (idk which one she is I've been seeing people say so many confusing things) is so smart. She picked up on him leaving when HQ was leaving and the implications of that. I feel like she will soon catch wind of her son/grandson's obsession.

1. Do you guys remember why Eldest Princess, ZXW's parental figure, gave HQ the "poison" tea?
2. Do you guys remember ZYL's reaction to being forced to divorce HQ?
3. I don't remember seeing this addressed in the novel but does HQ's mom's hair turn grey after her son dies or after people think HQ died/the cliff thing? Not the fire thing.


Answer to Q1: Because Eldest Princess didn't want ZXW to make mistakes/bend rules and the people to suffer because of his obsession with HQ. Also, to save face because HQ was formerly ZYL's wife.

Answer to Q2: He tried to come and play nice husband at HQ's house after just finding out about her brother's death. She tells him to stop meddling in her family stuff and mentions the divorce granted to her by the palace.

Answer to Q3: Tbh I still don't know the answer to this but I'm assuming after her son dies.

That's what I thought from the trailer too and it's irritating me. That's why I wish I had waited so I could fast-forward to the part where they get a divorce. He seems extremely greedy. And MY seems odd to me tbh. She wants to prove her family's innocence but is/was going to work with someone who was going to hurt the man she claims she's in love with.

Damn, I want them to divorce so she can be free. Plus from the recent trailers, it does not seem like he likes her...but trailers are misleading.
