I wish people would stop taunting each other's ships on here especially when the way each character acts whether good or bad makes sense with the current storyline. (Basing this off what has currently been shown and trailers and mv clips).
For instance, Jing hasn't been shown much kindness from people especially someone he looked up to and loved (his brother). The first person to show him any kindness was XL. And they have been living together, building a relationship that he didn't want to ruin for 6 years. So him keeping things from her and seeming "less interesting (this is not my opinion btw I like him)" than the other two right now makes sense.
As for Xiang, he met a strange woman disguised as a man (he definitely knew in ep 3 that she wasn't a man because, in the trailer for ep 10, he mentions how only a woman can get feifei, (sorry if I spelled that wrong) the rabbit looking animal, to come out) who tried to poison him and he is a general in charge of an army with a lot of lives dependant on him. So him not being sweet and understanding/being brutal and toxic makes sense. Especially because again, he doesn't know her or have any real connection or information on her. Is it right the way he treats her or fair? Obviously no, but it's not illogical either.
Lastly, QX or CX, the cousin brother, although the way he is going to start treating XL is pissing me off, that too makes sense. He doesn't know that he (really she) is the long-lost sister cousin he's been looking for and from what we have seen from the last couple of episodes he is very cunning and similar in some aspects to Xiang. The only real difference as of now is that he has family aka the princess and will obviously be nice/caring towards his family. Additionally, that he isn't playing/on a "losing team/side" like Xiang is. So, him being cruel towards XL based on what we know about his character so far also makes sense.
Idk, like who you want to like obviously but I feel like people in general need to stop being so judgmental towards others just because their ship is different or not the same as theirs. This drama isn't real life and is not necessarily reflective of the types of people any of us go after or pursue relationships with in real life.
I'm not sure if this is a spoiler or not so I won't put a spoiler tag but if I need to let me know! Thanks :)
omg!!! AHHH I am sooo excited!!! Ugh, but I feel like they are going to rush through that part. Do you mind telling me what chapter that is in the novel?
Me too. If he doesn't get her I at least want a proper goodbye.
Yeah that's what I heard too which is why I added the last part lmao. I honestly don't need them to end up together but I would like a proper goodbye at least.
Tbh, I'm not sure...I saw someone mention it on twitter and how heartbreaking it will be? They also said something about her transforming back into a girl. So I'd like to know more about that.
Ep14 trailer be like Cang Xuan breaks Xiao Liu'x leg coz she kidnapped his sister in exchange of herbs. And later…
I was slightly confused by that thought because in ep 12 trailer he also looked sad when the poison was undone, so I thought he recognized that it was her?
