They are deviating from the novel a bit, but they never become enemies because of the men they are with. The men they are with are on opposing sides. So there isn't really a choice. Both try to do what they can to protect each other but they are women with no real power so there is only so much they can do. The focus of this drama is going to be Mo Xi and Feng Yao's devotion to each other with their love lines probably coming 2nd place. Obviously, there is probably going to be a little fighting which is common among sisters, but this isn't the type of drama where they betray each other in the end. Hope this helps.

In the novel, Moxi slept with Jia Gui first and then shortly afterward was forced to sleep with CWD in place of FY. This was b4 FY was married to JG so no she didn't do it on purpose. FY and JG don't develop a love line until wayy later. CWD finds out cause she tells him and after she almost dies trying to get rid of the kid, he tells her to just give birth instead of trying to get rid of it. FY eventually gets pregnant and she raises Moxi's kid and her own as her own. She loves Moxi's kid a lot. Also, atp she thought that Moxi had died.
