The trailers for tomorrow's episodes are so heartbreaking....LYR's mom seems to have gotten temporary amnesia due to grief of LYR leaving. And GJS looks so dead inside. Also, I feel like LZS will figure out that LYR is still alive.
I'm sorry if this is a dumb question...but what was the significance of LYR banging the drums? I read somewhere and I've seen in another drama where the drums helped the soldiers coordinate/know what to do when fighting but it didn't seem like that was the case in this drama...so was that just for her to motivate them?

Yes LZS and his father. Also, to the second part, not that but just if they will interact in the drama. I heard that he doesn't find out that's his dad till the end of the series/novel so I'm not expecting him to recognize him as his father when they first meet.
It's sad that Fan Yu is going to start making problems for GJS all because of what he heard his dad say and LZS. I'm also wondering when LZS's real dad is going to take center stage. He seems so interesting especially when King Liang mentioned how similar GJS is to him...I wonder if GJS's mom is aware of her brother's true nature...I feel like she's not tbh.
