12 episodes isn't bad. I just hope there's enough episodes left to wrap it up nicely and tie everything together while still providing us with enough tension.
I find her character is inconsistent like her purpose of existence is to be TJJ's love interest. The suffering…
I only brought up realism because I thought you meant that her actions aren't realistic in terms of the emotions she's feeling/displaying when in fact they are. I still stand by the points I made especially because I don't feel that this is the type of drama that needs to be super perfect. There are flaws plot wise but it's not like this is anything revolutionary. This is a hate-love story and it's following very standard hate-love tropes which I happen to enjoy. If you don't like the plot/story or show, that's fine but I'm not really sure what else you expect me to say... I didn't write my initial post to convince anyone to like the show. I was just stating things that I appreciated that aren't present in other dramas.
I want to watch this but I kind of want these couple of questions answered before I do: 1. Did they explain the twin thing? If so can I get a short sentence summary? I just want to know if they address what happened to the first one.
2. What's the ending? Just a quick short sentence lol. Ik it's happy but people keep saying happy in a weird way, so why is it unsatisfying?

Personally, I disagree. She exhibits hate for him when he demonstrates actions that remind her of what he could become in the future. But when he doesn't she's fine. She's also been shown struggling with her feelings and that she knows what is at stake.
As for the realism aspect, unfortunately, there are people in real life that have toxic relationships similar to this one. Obviously not with the immortality and powers aspect or even as drastic as potentially killing family members/friends but toxic relationships full of possessiveness, miscommunication, and fighting do exist.
In terms of complexity, the lack of it isn't exactly unique to this specific show. A lot of shows use miscommunication/ wishy-washiness as a plot device/reason main leads fight.
This might be an unpopular opinion but LSS is definitely my favorite character. Drama LSS is different from novel LSS but I like that the core of her personality isn't lost. I'm glad they did not make her throw her mission to the wind just because she now has feelings for TTJ. I feel like in a lot of shows, they make female characters easily give up their goals/purpose in life for men but the men never do that. Additionally, I really like how they are showing her struggling with her mission. She knows that the current TTJ is not similar to the past TTJ but without removing his evil bone he is still dangerous, therefore she is still committed to her mission.
Additionally, I find myself going back and forth between liking YBC and absolutely hating her. I respect her for doing what she needs to do to survive but she goes about it stupidly and it's infuriating. I think what's most upsetting is this whole "weak woman who needs a strong man to survive" thing. I get that this is probably coming from years of neglect/abuse that she has experienced in her family that only semi-stopped with the help of XL, but I think I'd respect her more if she was as...idk what to call it tbh.
Also, another thing that's annoying to me about her is how she hasn't figured out the YXW isn't YXW. Like XL she also grew up with her and she faced a lot of abuse from her. Now out of nowhere it just stops and she is nicer? That should be suspicious to her and it isn't. Maybe it can be explained away by her goal of finding a powerful man to support her...but still...it's weird.
I agree. She plays a pivotal role in the story. Her selfishness does the following:1. Allows YXW to realise she…
Maybe in the current drama but in the original novel this is based on no. They made TTJ way nicer and YXW way softer tbh. They also extended YBC's role.
I really loved TTJ's and YXW's (LSS) fight in the recent episodes 🤣 It was so passionate. I'm also glad that the writers aren't making her stray away from her original purpose despite the fact that she's falling in love with him.
Does anyone else think it's weird that TTJ was so heartbroken that YXW committed treason but then they kind of…
Not really given their relationship. She (well original YXW not LSS) used to torture this man and degrade him. Plus, up until the recent episodes they have both been doing this whole "I'll save you but I want you dead" type of thing. So given that dynamic it's not that weird.
i knew it was coming but when I watched that clip i wanted to YXW to just slap her. Ugh....I hate her character…
Same. I feel like when there are gullible FL's they never make their naivety make sense. The only way it would be plausible is if they were extremely sheltered and never allowed outside or out of the control of their guardians/parents and that is almost never the case.

I feel like they are going to but they will probably add more jealousy elements aka making YXW think YBC's advances are working. However, I saw spoiler clips of YBC choking YXW when she's in jail so she probably doesn't fool YXW. I also wish she'd slap her but that would be out of character for LSS. I think that's more on-brand for og YXW.

Also, I really need to know how they go from puppet spell to let's get married 😂
