I've seen a lot of people upset about the future "betrayal" but it's not really a betrayal though. The alternative is to watch everyone in the world perish because that's the og devil god's plan. Plus, she has already taken the world-toppling flower from him and will endure a horrible death in his place and she's going to give him her immortality bone. Not to mention all the other things she's already done for him. I understand that he's going to be extremely hurt, rightfully so given what he knows at the time/what he doesn't know, but still, I don't consider this an extreme betrayal.
Thus far, everyone that betrayed him did so for selfish reasons and they haven't made as many sacrifices for TTJ as LSS/YXW has.
So YBC in the trailers for ep 22 is trying to get YXW to pity her and give her her husband. She is really pathetic. Thankfully, so it seems, from the clips I found, YXW's brother clues her in on what happened with TTJ's mother and they make up.
YBC thinks those love threads she has are enough but if they were then TTJ would not have to pretend to like her by mimicking XL. I think I'd pity YBC more if I didn't see her try to have a conversation with YXW about why she's trying to take her man. 🙄🙄

No that's what I'm refuting lol. In the novel his death isn't permanent. In the epilogue his daughter finds him later and he pretends to be someone else. Then after awhile, LSS asks him how long he's going to pretend and he asks her how she knew. She says that TTJ is not the type to fall in love at first sight or something along those lines. That's why I'm saying it could go either way. But they have already shown pictures of a little girl who everyone is speculating is their child and if that's the case then he's going to come back.
I feel like that's just what she's hoping for. It's most likely going to be either an open ending or happy. In the novel, LSS and TTJ have a daughter and the kid is a part of the cast. I do think they die but it's not permanent. Similarly to how in TMPB YH died but it wasn't permanent.

MY said that gods don't have souls and when they die they stop existing but JW died and he existed in the artifact he left behind...Also, the devil god is technically a god, right? And he reforms every time... So I feel like they come back again just not always as gods initially.

SJ is not LS. LS is currently experiencing things that happened to SJ in the dream that MY is having. SJ and LS are separate entirely. SJ is not LS's past life or anything. So I think SJ is the daughter of the clam king. At least this is how I have come to understand things so far.
