So now she's plotting death in order to force her daughter to marry a prince. She has such as ugly personality... jesus. I'm starting to think she killed LY's mom.
Ik people already talked about this, but the way they keep trying to make Yan fei and the emperor happen...lmao. Please stop. We will not be shipping her with a man who could be her grandpa.
But being sensitive doesn't mean not being strong. He has personality, the plan is in motion, and his determination…
I'm not saying he hasn't. We have all seen how unfairly he's been treated over the past 10 years in the show. He's endured a lot. My argument though, is that some of the expectations people have for how ml's character should act despite what we've seen in the show so far are...interesting.
For instance, there are people saying she should be more relational as a spy but even from the first episode where she saved the girl we could see that her emotions largely dictate her actions. If she was just all about revenge for her family/her hometown's death, she would not have done that as it really did not serve a purpose for her revenge in my opinion.
So in summary, yes mrjh has not been treated fairly and has endured a lot but given what we know about ml's personality and the information she had access to at the time, her reaction makes sense. It's not surprising or illogical.
Sidenote: I'm realizing I should have used the word illogical instead of unreasonable in my initial comment.
ML's reaction isn't that surprising and her trust in the 2ml isn't either. Technically, she's known the 2ml and his sister longer than she's known mrjh. And with where everything is in the story so far, it's probably only been either a couple days or months. Additionally, the girls she thought were dead were her only real companions that she shared emotions with/a few happy moments after her parents died. Yes, it sucks that she jumped to conclusions but let's not act like it's unreasonable. Also, they already set up her personality for us. She's very simple when it comes to emotions. Also, did y'all forget the 1st few episodes and her/mrjh's actions towards each other? He's not some soft helpless puppy like some of y'all have convinced yourself of.
I hate!! the cp with a passion. You stole mrjh's position, are after a woman he was childhood sweethearts with.…
I feel like you aren't understanding what I'm saying. The point isn't about whether mrjh liked her for real or not. The point is, in his brother's mind, he did/they were supposed to be together traditionally as you put it. So I am saying the cp is mainly interested in her for this reason. That 's why I wrote what I wrote initially. That the cp is annoying me because he wants everything that should have belonged to mrjh regardless of if mrjh wanted it or not.

It's not that I care about LM, it's just the fact that I feel that the cp only likes her because mrjh liked her. I don't honestly believe that if he didn't care for her in the past, that the cp would like her. Maybe he likes her for real now, but a part of it is definitely being in competition with mrjh and it's annoying me.
The trailers for the next episodes have me heated. I'm so so so mad lmao. Rant below.
I hate!! the cp with a passion. You stole mrjh's position, are after a woman he was childhood sweethearts with. It's like this man wants everything that is supposed to be mrjh's. I hate him. I can't wait for him to go offline. Hopefully he does.
