I actually don't get one point about you saying mjty or sokp were not well received domestically when SOKP and MJTY actually in top 10 successful shows listed domestically as well. Specially SOKP. And if you are considering "few complaints" from antis or those weibo hs as not doing well domestically then I afraid not a single Chinese drama did well domestically since there is no drama which has pleased every audience . any drama with popular names will get negative feedback too.
Every year end report from Chinese platforms and sources has SOKP/MJTY included in it and you are telling they didn't that well domestically. be serious!!!

but I agree with your part of ZLH/ZJM not an A lister yet. I'm not following ZJM so can't say more about her but for ZLH he is not top liuliang yet but he definitely one of the top of rising liuliang which quite impressive with his less than 4 yrs experience since most of actors take even more than 10yrs to reach the place where he is now and I blame cent fierce competition and high demand.

Regarding traffic, he has more than ZJM atm.
and one more thing please don't decide actor's popularity based on billing lol there are multiple projects where much more famous actors has played 2nd billing to less popular actors. so billing is not a right parameter to decide popularity. I'm sure you already aware of it

I have read the novel, its a feel good novel where ML & FL do not break up 100 times just to add force angst 😆
Linghe is perfect for He Suye character. After playing so many complicated multi layer characters, I was waiting for him to take such role.

Regarding episodes, well its depend on script writer, there is scope to add more in the plot and hopefully they will add it.

This drama is a S (highest for iqiyi) level drama and ZLH currently one of the traffic stars too. Data wise, he is in top 5 among '95 liner and top 10 among all the generations. So traffic should not be the problem.
I just hope they can finish all the cgi work and post production before that and pass the trial.

Possibility is high since July means Summer slot and this drama is S level Xianxia which quite qualify for summer slot drama. let's see. I hope they drop some material or teaser atleast

Sorry to disagree but I think it is only you who think he is not flattering in other dramas. I can understand you like the costume designer of clj (so do I and I'm liking this dramas costume alot) but don't discredit ZLH's other dramas' look or other designer just to hype one.

I personally find his costume in this drama is the best till now. there are many who find him unreal in MJTY and some find him extremely handsome in SOKP. So its all about personal preference.

He doesn't have any airing drama and he also not much active like doing tiktok challenges and following trends and all.
So happy people finding him for his work and following him. He was already doing great looking at his experience and now even better. Hope 2024 keep bringing good news for him
