The ending was beautiful. Don't let the haters stop you from watching this wild ride of a show. If you want the…
You shouldn't be calling people 'Haters' for having an opinion, especially when they were so invested in this show from the very beginning. They have the right to critique as much as you have the right to appreciate. People aren't critcizing the actors at all. They did their part very well. It's just that the writing let a fantastic drama down. There were 15 episodes of revenge, and suddenly the last episode is about repentance? That's not a plot twist. That's betrayal.
Jin Young Cheol's legacy was undone by a mickey mouse phone within two court hearings agahahahaa ;_; Even pickpockets have better lawyers than the ones at Soonyang.
Yeah how did innocent YHW even know to record that conversation??? and on that old thing too like how?? ughhh
And he wasn't even suspicious at first when he was saying "I am here, what to do next?" and suddenly a car crash sends enough shockwaves around to turn on call recording ahaha ;_;
The ending was so rushed. From a 20 year old phone recording to Mr Oh agreeing to work with an ex-Soonyang worker in a heartbeat like he was waiting for him to the timelines, nothing made much sense. Perhaps if they woke Hyun Woo up 4 episodes prior and then moved towards a more refined ending, it would have been better. It's as if bringing Soonyang down was child's play.
I F*****JHAJKGS KNEW IT. AND I AM SO DISAPPOINTED ARGH. Everything Do Jun stood up for and did was just a freaking dream. I was really hopeful because of the "fantasy" tag but whatever
Do Jun after the recent car crash will wake up as Hyun Woo, who is in a coma ever since getting shot in the head. I had sensed the coma plot coming, and it's looking more likely than ever.
The older characters are darlings of course, but the season 2 character that totally struck me was Akane. Our uber-naughty Amazon warrior demigoddess is a jack of all spades. She's a hottie, who can fight so well, and just mesmerizes every time she appears on the screen. I wish we had more of her in the show.
I haven't read the novel. Those who have might know how this ends, unless they made changes. But my theory is that Do Jun is Hyun Woo's dream. I think Hyun Woo survived the head shot and is in a coma, dreaming everything right now because he obsessively read Jin Yung Cheol's biography, and built a deep connection with him on the basis of that. Now that we're back to where it all started, the Micro Project, Hyun Woo is going to wake up sooner or later at the expense of Do Joon. Hyun Woo will return not only for revenge but to take over Soon Yang. (I might be overthinking at this point lol)
She's just doing her job with utmost honesty. The onus is on Do Jun for zero communication whatsoever. She doesn't…
The screen time is a turn off definitely. But they call her 'The Grim Reaper of Soonyang' right? and Do Jun is part of the family too. Despite the romance between them, they are polar opposites when it comes to executing their plans. Do Jun uses blackmailing, debt and covert traps, whereas she follows the rule of law. Conflicts are bound to arise.
It's actually a very healthy relationship/partnership in my opinion. Yes, he is her oppa, but she never compromises on her principles, and never blindly follows him, has her own reasoning and wants to protect him while upholding her principles. They both understand and respect each others' choices.
Who needs enemies when you have a gf like Min-yeong?🤣🤣🤣

I can understand that it's a male centred plot... the main drivers of the drama are male and I'm not asking for…
Agreed. They wasted Kim Shin Rok with the kind of role they gave her. She has the potential to offer so much more. Someone like Jin Seo Yeon in One The Woman, if you've watched that.
