Kim Tae Ri is a gem of an actor. Playing a naive and lively teen, whose life is an absolute rollercoaster is never an easy task. It's super tough because there's a range of emotions an actor has to convey. Tae Ri is simply perfect. She knows what she's doing, and if she doesn't get a plethora of big projects after this, I'd be very disappointed.

Na Hee Do deserves the world.

I will start it today because I am super excited about this one. February is all Rom Coms thanks to Valentine's month, but I like me some thrillers.

Just done with episode 1, and I truly believe this drama has massive potential.

Kim Tae Ri was absolutely incredible in episode 1. Flawless performance. I am not a huge fan of rom coms, but this one is definitely worth watching.

Title Bulgasal: Immortal Souls Spoiler
He apologized for killing everyone even if he was supposed to save bulgalady he shouldn't kill the other people…
I understand your point of view, but there's no way Hwal could have saved Bulgalady without bloodshed. Hwal didn't kill Doyoon too. And the kids and Grandma would have been killed by the villagers.

I think Bulgalady should have apologized to Hwal for abandoning him, but since she didn't get her memories back, she didn't know the full story.

Hwal did NOTHING wrong in my opinion.
On Bulgasal: Immortal Souls Feb 7, 2022
What did Hwal apologize for? For being abandoned for 10 years or so saving Bulgalady from the villagers?

He shouldn't have been the one apologizing. He was the one Bulgalady should have apologized to. He did nothing wrong. He didnt break the promise of living together forever. He didn't deserve to die.

Title Bulgasal: Immortal Souls Spoiler
Could someone, if you dont mind, explain to me (go full on spoilers) the backstory of our big villain? :3
Nothing much really. He was sickly, and therefore, neglected by his father, who prefer his younger son over Eul Tae. In jealousy, Eul Tad killed his younger brother and put the blame on Bulgalady, which forced the villagers to attack Bulgalady and Hwal coming to his rescue. Hwal was badly injured and Eul Tae tried to save him, but Hwal stole his soul, turning him into the Dark Hole. That's all. 😂😅
On Bulgasal: Immortal Souls Feb 6, 2022
The ending was quite disappointing. They didn't show what happened 600 years ago, and how Bulgalady ended up stabbing Hwal. It's all fan theories about 600 years ago. I know they can't show everything in the finale, but they should have added that bit in the penultimate episode.

The final few minutes were comical. Surely God also loves Hwal more than Eul Tae lmao? It was such a forced happy ending. I am not buying that at all. The two people we saw at the end weren't Hwal and Sang Un.

But overall, I loved the show, and it will always have a special place in my heart.

100% agree.... in the well scene I felt bad for Eul Tae instead of Hwal
He always makes me feel bad, even though I should be hating him for the stuff he's done. He's not a total maniac, he just puts himself first because no one sides with him.

Well. He spent hundreds of years killing and eating people, killed HwLs family and framed Bulgalady , used DY…
I agree he's a horrible person, but I also believe his descent into madness could have been stopped if he was treated the right way.
On Bulgasal: Immortal Souls Feb 6, 2022
I feel bad for Ok Eul Tae. He has been neglected by his father all along, yet he loves him unconditionally. Hwal keeps on betraying him, yet he genuinely loves and cares about him, and hates the fact that Hwal is still siding with Bulgalady, even though he was the one who tried to save him.

MAN EVEN GAVE HWAL HIS SOUL. What else should he do to prove that he's got a good heart behind all the madness? He's also got a soft corner for Doyoon. Ok Eul Tae would have been a lovely person if someone truly loved him. He's love-deprived.

Title Bulgasal: Immortal Souls Spoiler
It seems like most of my theories were accurate *flips hair*

Jokes apart, this is what we know so far.

1) Bulgasals used to be lovers back in 1021.
2) Ok Eul Tae framed Bulgalady for the murder of his stepbrother.
3) Villagers, including Abujji, Siho, and Doyoon, attacked Bulgalady to kill her as revenge.
4) BulgaHWAL came to Bulgalady's rescue but was shown as the bad guy through parts of Min Sang Un's memories.
5) Bulgalady distracted BulgaHWAL and he was stabbed by Abujji, Doyoon and Si Ho.
6) Ok Eul Tae rescued a dying BulgaHwal and pleaded him to turn him into a Bulgasal.
7) BulgaHwal took Eul Tae's soul and asked him to take it back in his next reincarnation.
8) Eul Tae's plan flopped when Bulgalady intervened and took the soul from Hwal 600 years ago.
9) Eul Tae wants to end it all now, by putting a seal on his dark hole.

It was supposed to be fighting scene or romantic TaeHwal hmmmm??? I need explanation 👿
When Eul Tae fell on Hwal, I literally thought he was going to a kiss.

I must say Bulgasal is way more confusing than Mouse.
It's way simpler than Mouse.

Kang Chung Ya disappeared into thin air. They didn't show what happen to her, or where she went. She just left. Her ending remains open.

HAHHAHAHA maybe he thought yeong ro would get saved by her father at all costs? Or maybe something clicked inside…
His expression just made me laugh out LOUD. That was truly comical.
