so over 6 years as a doctor always on call he doesnt hv a nanny / on--call babysitter??????????????????
Seriously!!!! Is it normal in China to leave a little kid home alone at night?! They live in a high-rise in a big city, omg, so dangerous. And FL didn't even say anything to him afterwards about it, smh.
I am sooo ready for the FL to move on from being a doormat. She may be the biggest doormat I've ever seen in a drama yet. From looks of the end credits, she will get to date a new hot guy soon.
I am enjoying the drama so far. However, I do not find the ML an attractive character at all. What kind of man would stoop to destroying his own reputation and a divorce instead of just manning up to overcome being a henpecked husband? Do they not have marriage counseling in Korea? If you love someone, you should fight for them even if you're afraid of fighting with them. Now that it looks like they're getting back together, omg, the wasted time and money and heartache.
I am late to the party, but ever since I finished this drama over the weekend I’ve been watching fan edit videos of Choi Mujin on YouTube everyday. There are so many!!!
maybe this is not suppose to be the final product. it's called a rush job which is typical cdrama
They cut the important scene where ML tells FL he's not a real eunuch, and we see a confusing, fuzzy and very quick flashback later on just to let audience know that she knows the truth. Other deleted scenes may not be critical to the plot, but would have helped the drama be less choppy.

In a couple of episodes, they will reference an event/place or show a flashback from scenes that were never shown. So you'll ask yourself, "when did that happen?"

It's helpful for you to know there are deleted scenes because there are parts where you'll think you skipped an episode or missed something from not paying attention, but you didn't, it's just they deleted the scene that would explain what's happening.
The more I watch, the more the emperor character development doesn't make sense. He can't just go from a sniveling lantern maker to a psychopath so quickly like that.
This drama has a real sympathy problem. I feel no sympathy for GN as he agonizes over CX because he is the one who rejected her and won't admit his feelings. And now I don't feel any sympathy for CX as she drowns her sorrows over being grounded. What did you think would happen when you went against the boss who already didn't like you?!
I will judge this drama hard if it doesn't end by Jiang being legally charged and getting sacked from his job.…
Totally. None of the other crimes (hacking of employee files and hacking of CCTV) have been resolved in the show, so this one definitely needs to be. Tampering with anything to do with air travel is a federal crime. It is so serious!
Jiang is despicable. He's making all the same punchable faces he did as MingLan's dad.
And CX's relationship with her mom is beyond saving. Even if the mom has PTSD, it doesn't mean she should want to make her daughter miserable. What kind of mother would actively seek to get her daughter punished? And it's the dad's fault for being scared of mom. He should be the one threatening divorce for what a horrible mom she is. And both parents' fault for not telling CX about her mom's airplane trauma. CX is a grown adult. She can handle the truth.
