Like Cheng Yi and Zhang Yuxi who can cooperate many times as they're same company, hopefully the same for Ming Hao and Zhou Ye. They've been generous with Huxin promotions still i can't help but wanting more xD please cooperate again in a modern drama!

I think I'm just disappointed the writer decided to take this root. Huxin first 15 eps have been amazing as it could somehow avoid the usual tropes yet still give you a compact story with interesting unconventional characters. Many expected it to be the old time xianxa with chivalrous leads going on adventures, combating monsters and grow up together. Then suddenly all these tropes happen. Just like i couldn't watch the drama before this or many other recent xianxa, when i saw the romantic line start developing too fast i was taken aback, the ambiguity between them was really refreshing and attractive to me, I'd rather that than misunderstandings due to communication, ml chasing fl back, scheming annoying second lead. All bc of love brains smh. Again it might just be personal preference.

Either way, looking forwards to YeHao sweeping youku building today!!! i need some fluff quickly ><

It's such a disappointment and pity how BXS' potential as character was reduced to the typical scheming sml. As much as i find his character compelling and refreshing at the beginning, now i'm just as annoyed at his tactics and i feel cheated bc of these tropes. The moment they made him 'fall in love' with YH it went astray and today eps idek what the writer's thinking anymore, he wasn't the most innocent but he wasn't low like this smh. What could have been a unique trio they ruined it for these dog blooded plots. Like how TY could only say 'I'm sorry' instead of explaining himself. He may have thought he didn't derserve to be forgiven, (like most of mls out there) and decided it's better to stay mute and it's the most frustrating thing ever. During their scene i kept thinking why why why, this could have been avoided if he just said more than a word before stabbing her! but nope, we gotta endure this unnecesary angst that torments us viewers most! Then to have YH learning the truth through s/o else later. But still i do understand her trauma, TY hasn't really done anything to reassure her place in his heart, while she's been always true and open with her feeling. The betrayal just hit harder and explain her being afraid and apprehensive of him. That and being affected by dark aura and manipulated by BXS, i'd hoped he wouldn't come in between the cp this way and i'd be spared of such trope but guess not.

I said it in BXS perspective, ofc he doesn't know everything TY had done for YH but only when YH was rejected and hurt by TY. We as viewers can see everything but not them, those characters have their own thoughts and judgements. BXS thought he had no choice but to bring YH to the dark lord in order to save her life. TY would think he has other motives etc.

Can't wait for blackened YH, the glimpses from the preview and that look when she crumbled down the newspaper, ZY originally has that cold beauty face that just suits such characters. and yet she portrayed YH so well, such great acting. I thought she had potential in WOH, with more experience she'll do great, looking forwards to her upcoming projects.

yup that's why he was hurried to find her before 3 days are over. he even said he can save her after getting back.
I'm still not clear about the stars utility ,sth about his immortality force but it sure didn't look like she could survive with it alone.

The newspaper was really the WTF moment for me lmao i can't take this show srly even if i wanted to lol

How YH just brushed it off when BXS proposed his idea of them as spirit-taoist cp, i kinda felt relieved that they didn't make the whole scene too heavy. He only looked a little dejected when YH 'turned him down' but didn't force it further. I think he understood there. and through his monologues, it's more like she became his light and he'd protect her with his life, i can see some sort of premonition here already :( Ngl, i was afraid they're gonna turn him into that scheming second lead. Like in BXS' perspective, TY rejected YH, stabbed her, risked her life, which mean he doesn't like her enough, then why can't he like YH in his way? At this point i don't think this is legit 'love triangle' as YH makes it clear she doesn't see BXS that way and he knows it so i feel he'll only be there accompanying, protecting and possibly sacrificing for YH later.

The thing is even with his stars she still can only live for 3 more days so i don't think he wanted to cut tie or thought he'd die, cause if he dies in the fight she'll die as well! I get the writer wanted to created drama but it was just terribly executed.

Already her reaction was too calm and she even went rationalize TY actions. In the preview when she talks to herself into forgiving TY and whatnot. damn can't they talk properly and maybe i'm not as nice as YH but i cant stand her being the ml apologist here. She eventually felt bad as she thinks she should forgive TY for his reason but inside she still feels hurt, as if it's her fault, her problem. no just no.I expect TY to grow a backbone and go explain and apologize to her himself, not hiding behind some tree; and she'll surely forgive him and all but at least sort it out together.

I liked that she was direct with her feeling but it kinda changed her as a whole character from my pov. yes she's still spunky but she worried too much for a man, that she feels the need to save his life when he kept rejecting her? i don't want my fl to be a saint, lovelorn, ml apologist, with her life goal only to revolve around the ml! smh i should stop ranting just bc she doesn't turn out to be the heroine i expected to see.

More like infected by love brain lol idk i first liked her for different reasons so i guess that's how she is and i gotta accept it if i wanna continue. Just one can be kind but the mindset that your crush/lover can't do no wrong, it must be me, aint it.

Ikr, the early stage got praised to be refreshing as the characters are 'normal' and have mouth! They're straightforward and discuss even though they were still cautious about each other. Now not only love brains got them but their mouths disappeared too, or rather TY. Yea he could just say " SY is here, she kidnapped the kids, i need the heart scale to save them. I'm sorry I'll explain everything later." He didn't need to say everything but at least YH will get an idea of the situation. Personally I'm fed up with those tropes, misunderstandings due to lack of communication, noble idiocy, then chasing wife, scheming sml etc it'd been a while i found a drama that suits my taste so imagine my frustration when they threw at me these dog blood elements. Argh

Just saw another preview and looks like BXS indeed saved YH, well he didn't know that she'll be ok if TY comes back within 3 days so BXS did what he had to to save her life. and whatmore are they really going to force a love triangle?? *sigh* srly, like some comment, if they make the fl going against the routine (just like the early stage) and end up with the sml maybe it'll explode even more, isn't it what the writer/production/youku want?
I haven't read the novel myself but i've seen those who'd read and comment on the differences between drama and novel TY. Novel TY never harms YH in any way, he knew it'd kill her so he'd rather fight by himself to death instead of taking the heart scale. There was no misunderstanding between the leads, just outsider pression on them, they work together to get back TY parts in various places til the big battle in the end.. why can't it be just 'boring' like this? :( old day xianxia didn't emphasize on romance and not much dog blood elements but still great ah.

No, the thing is how much she trusts and cares for TY, running to him all worried to have someone you love stabbing you like that and leaving you there without a word?? and you'll wake up and think 'oh well he must have his reason, i must wait for him!' ?? i can't stand characters being led by their love brain smh

That's what a love brain character would react, well they did turn YH into one so nothing is gonna surprise me anymore. but i'll be disappointed for sure if she doesn't feel at least betrayed or doubt about TY intentions. that is more rational reaction.
