TY was inexperienced and kindhearted, it's not hard for a wicked woman like SY to trick him. not sure if it's true but i read that they met when she pretended to be sick/injured. but she was disgusted with him, even if he just accidentally touched her skirt.
yea i'm so happy for him to finnaly meet YH. Now think about it, without SY doin he might not meet, or maybe much later YH; i guess it all happens for a reason ^^

The difference now between how TY look at SY and YH makes me grin so large lol

When YH proposed her idea, i kept thinking, what if he takes the horn and run off?? i mean we don't know what's his goal, his identity, he might be one of SY minions and YH wouldn't know. I feel YH wasn't careful there, esp she didn't share her plan with TY, that's to me from drama code is a bad sight and premonition.

As his character is original, not fromt he novel, i'm so curious about his story and motive.

While i find him funny, on other i can't help but think of his 1st scene where he killed without any hesitation.. so i just hope YH gut is right or else :((

They've built their characters and relationship so well that this doesn't sound cheesy for me as it'd have. Now when i think it's probably just one of the times she'll leave him like that break me TT

ngl i shed a tear too when they just 'exploded' TT why did they had to do them like that. Hopefully they'll be back soon.

I've seen some say TY is a rare gentle ml amongst those Bking ml popular these days and i agree. while i can see the appeal of badass cold ml, the kind and affectionate one like TY is such a gem too. More often they're the 2nd ml ^^, TY might me the powerful spirit dragon lord, he's still very considerate and protective over other spirits. even when his naivety almost cost him his life, he didn't turn againts the world or sth, but stay the same, just wiser. I find it admirable and very charming. and he's just as strong, maybe not physically yet but mentally, his principles and his attitude towards the spirits and people make him apart and no less than any of those holy male gods.

I love YH sm, she's becoming one of my fav heroines. She's not that invicible badass fl, neither mary sue who want to save everyone, she's just practical, no nonsense kind of person, but at the same time very kindhearted and caring. She terminates their pact as she wants TY to be able to show who he is, the powerful and proud spirit dragon lord. For me she cares for TY not bc she finds him pitiful but she's just kind in nature. She'd think for the other spirits in the arena, save the snake spirit's 'lover', protect grandma. She'll fight for what she thinks is right but know to consider the situation, because yes, staying alive is more important. Both her and TY are so innocent sometimes that make them so cute and seeing their slow burn romance is such a delightful moment for me ^^

There's clearly change, esp from TY, after opened her mind, he was kinda affected by their closeness. It's started for our dragon! X))

Annnd man how cute is our YH and her YaoYao lol i love how practial she was, yea rather not make another foe, know when to yield etc when she tried to restrain TY, only her can do that to our dragon spirit loll and him helping her in her sleep was so sweet. that endereaing look he has, ahhh i love it sm, often i cringe because of cheesiness, but here it was very natural, TY has always been so gentle with YH, it's in his nature but with TY he's willing even more lol he may not be in love but she's become so so important part of his life already. I can imagine how it'll be when they get married later. Even from the preview, the way he looks at her at their wedding, that smitten look aiyyaa xD

Why everytime the ep of Huxin ends even before i realize it :'( ahh eitherway another great great eps. I grew to love all side characters except the psycho SY, I adore BXS playing the cupid, XG and her righteousness, i love what she said to FQS, why humans' feeling would be considered superior or more noble than spirits'? that's just hypocrisy, his suffering and their suffering is same. Love her.

That scene was so beautiful. even though the light was out of nowhere but the hair movement and color overall make it look mesmerising. I made it my desktop screen.

yea that bridal carry and turning in circle was so cheesy and unneccesary? esp in such situation xD thankfully it was quick.

Even atm he has no romantic feeling for YH, he did say her existence is more special than anyone for him. At first it might have been because she has his heart scale but gradually appreciate her. So far these two communicate well, YH will say what she has in her heart and TY is very straightforwards too. Albeit not romantic, they clearly care very much for each other. And i like seeing such progres as it'll make it more believable how TY would be able to overcome his fear and accept his feeling for YH. In the novel, when TY confesses it's like YH can do whatever she wants, all things SY (his ex) did to him and more, even if she has someone else she loves, he'll be willing to pull off his scale one by one to build an amor for that person, as long as she'll be happy and alive. I really like TY, despite everything he still keeps his demeanour and principles, repaying those who treat him kindly and treat others the same, he only hates those who harmed him. He's very clear in his heart that the screenwriter made it quiet clear.

I also like how YH reacts after learning she may have fallen for TY, she just confessed lol then sulked after being rejected lolll still, TY stayed by her awww that scene was so sweet, when she comforted him back like aww. Rn there may not have romantic feeling between them but they clearly get and care for each other more than they'd say already. Him asking which way to turn his head, where she's goin when she just went back for her shoe, her protecting him from the shadow spirit, every little things between them is so endearing omg x))

Eps 6-7 was such a blast. I love the battle scene, really showcased the leads' teamwork and compatibility. I like how they work together, YH last words 'we'll never admit defeat!' felt so good. that's the spirit! this show really gives me that positive, passionate youth feeling, the characters are unconventional yet logical and empathetic. Can't wait for tomorrow eps!

I haven't read the novel so this is just my take so far. YH knows about TY being betrayed by his ex but she doesn't know that he actually needs that heart protecting scale to get back his complete form (he said he didn't need it). She only thinks he needs her heart blood to get back his body parts. So rn she's trying to find a resolution so she can be free from that heart protecting scale/returning it to him and still survive. That's what he still hides from her and i guess that's where the misunderstanding might start like she knows his feeling but he still decided to 'kill' her (from the preview this may happen). Again atm she knows he has no feeling whatsoever for her, TY rn focus more on getting back his body parts and get revenge.

Enjoying it so far! Love the leads, Yan Hui is so cute and quirky, kind and brave also, on other hand Tian Yao stoic but still caring personality they make a great match kk I like how both have very straightforward personality, even though TY lied at first but they still talked later and learn about their past quickly (thnk god she knows this early) which makes their dynamic refreshing somehow. They depend on each other and for good reasons. Feelings grow naturally and you can see why they would fall for each other despite their constant arguments :). and sure their chemistry helps too x)) The CGI looks a bit weird sometimes but still endearing, those little flying sunflower elf are freakin cute and the monster sharing their food scene was so funny too lol
