As much as i love the drama and the ending, i kind of get the feeling I’ve been played for a fool. I watched 40 episodes of people fighting against fate (which is the script in this case), wanting to write their fate by themselves and finally achieving that just to find out they were on that 'against fate mission' because they were controlled by that very fate 'script’.. like all that work and what did it get me lol...

Anyone knows what the butterfly was? I thought it might represent fate or some dramatic stuff

I don’t mean the female author is a Fictional character in the drama world. In the drama she is a real person writing a novel. But in our world she is a fictional character in the drama we watched ‘a dream within a dream’

I find it very hilarious that the real author is a fictional character in our world. A fictional character writing a script about a fictional character going in a script and changing the plot with the fictional male lead.😭😭
and the glasses guy saying all people inside the script are insignificant fictional figures when he is one himself, the real author calling him fictional character when she herself IS a fictional character.

Isn’t the post credit also part of the script written by the female author showed at the end? Like a happy ending for the fictional characters nan heng and su yiming?

Watched the first 6 episodes. It’s very well written and the pace is good too. I have great expectations for the rest of the episodes, hope they don’t disappoint.
