As i said they can indeed play, but how will you tackle the romance? It’s impossible with both of them there. Can you imagine jang uk kissing naksu(GYJ) in part 2 with buyeon/mudeok (JSM) still alive after seeing such a passionate kiss with mudeok/somin as we saw today 🤭
Wonder how few people are still hopeful for somin to appear in part 2. That is almost impossible I guess. Imagine both somin and yoonjung there in part 2 and jang uk has to be romantically linked with naksu/yoonjung with mudeok/buyeon still there. It’s weird to even think let alone the romance. No way writers can make audience accept that. So pretty sure mudeok/buyeon’s end in finale is imminent unless they change the whole female lead from GYJ to JSM for part 2 which is highly unlikely (and terribly unfair to GYJ if it happens in the worst case. Cannot rule it out since they have already done this once for AoS 🙈)
Why do you think so? In episode 18, adult Bu Yeon seemed irritated by Naksu. Why would she sacrifice herself just…
I don’t know but iirc buyeon was already dead in womb but jang gang let her live using ice stone. Maybe she wants to find the potential soul and hence testing naksu if she can withstand ice stone powers without getting greedy and go back to her shadow assassin mode so that she can successfully transfer the ice stone powers with which naksu returns to her original body and buyeon to make her peace with the fact she shouldn’t have existed in the first place.
We know it’s going to be a cliffhanger but I guess mudeok(somin) character will get a closure in the finale. Probably buyeon will sacrifice the body i.e herself and help naksu soul shift back to her original body. Maybe buyeon is testing/using naksu all along. That’s the reason she forced her to shift soul with her body in episode 1.
I only hope they give a good closure for somin’s character so that we can properly bid adieu to a character we all loved and I am already excited to see badass naksu via Go yoon jung. She was terrific in that one scene where she fights with park jin. So much potential 👏
My few cents…Changho dreaming of fighting himself, 2 big mouses graphics in that truth serum scene basically hints at twins probably separated at childhood. Probably why they introduce the orphanage plot now to reveal backstory later and maybe the separated twin is the actual big mouse. It wouldn’t be some jaw dropping plot twist but more realistic one
Here’s a 🤡 for everyone that said Jang Uk isn’t attracted to Mudeok whole body.
I think there is a reason they added those dialogues today. Don’t think writers are that dumb to indicate him falling for her physical appearance as well when they plan to kill her off and romantically link him to another body later. Pretty confident they will explain it somehow ;)
People suggesting bu yeon soul is already dead and only naksu will be brought back via ice stone connecting it to jung so min ‘alleged’ absence from part 2. I don’t wanna believe it but it looks the most plausible case :(
The writers deserve so much appreciation for not dragging the fake bu yeon reveal plot. I would have lost my shit so bad if that did drag on till the last episode.
Today's episode was kickass. Lee Jong Suk is such a terrific actor. Like his screen presence is otherworldly. Just look at the ending today. wow, I was getting goosebumps
Haha what was that ending? I guess it's because of the episode cut down, they edited out a lot towards the end and hence it ends up extremely unsatisfying. Like as if they just wanted to get this done with. Sigh

Same. They are surely giving hints as if he is interested in her. Is it romantically or just curiosity is the question. If it’s romantic, kind of messed up showing interest on someone else’s wife . It’s clear his wife doesn’t interest him anymore so I am leaning towards this
Some of the wu shuang hate is nauseating tbh. The actress has done a tremendous job portraying a naive girl who has been brainwashed for years since childhood. It's bonkers how people expect her to become some mature persona all of a sudden and doubt her literal father figure. I personally enjoyed the romance we got between WS and YQ and think they showcased some brilliant chemistry. But then again xu kai is a magician with respect to romance. what can go wrong xD

Plus I have made peace with JBY’s ‘possible’ death/sacrifice. I just hope they make it reasonable and worthwhile.
