All that pompous verbal diarrhea just to say “my opinion is more credible because I’ve consumed Korean media”😂😂 You went from accusing others of speaking for Koreans to basically appointing yourself the Honorary Supreme Korean Context Authority.. You are quite shameless lmao... Sit down, you sanctimonious clown looolđŸ€Ą

Oh.. now nobody was speaking for Koreans? đŸ€ŁđŸ˜ You literally kept lecturing me that “Koreans are the ones crying foul,” “you’re clearly not Korean”, “ask a Korean” & that I “don’t understand the context” as a non-Korean. But suddenly it’s all just everyone’s individual opinion? LMAO. The shameless backpedaling is magnificent. You’ve yapped yourself into contradicting your own argument & now want to pretend it never existed. Get your đŸ€Ą ass away gurll

Once again that’s an impressive amount of pseudo-intellectual word salad just to invent a premise and then argue against it 😭

You sound so desperate to sound intellectual yet failing miserably at that with every comment you make..

Giving my own opinion ≠ claiming to represent Korean opinion. That distinction really shouldn’t require this many remedial essays, you pompous rag đŸ€ŠđŸ»â€â™‚ïžđŸ€Ą

The “construed as Korean” part exists entirely inside your skull you spectacular doofus moron 😭 I never claimed to be Korean or presented my opinion as Korean consensus. You invented that premise & are now outraged by your own fanfiction. Stop with your word salad. It’s so embarrassing 😂😂😂

Me saying I think her apology is sufficient is MY opinion you insufferable bellend 😭 it’s not me issuing a national decree on what Koreans must think. Meanwhile you’re parading “Koreans are offended” around to validate your own take while whining about foreigners speaking for Koreans. The self-awareness is six feet under weirdo. And this alt-account delusion gets more unhinged with every reply
Maybe you haven’t cracked some grand conspiracy, Sherlock. Maybe multiple people independently read your incoherent drivel & concluded you’re a colossal clown. Imagine having an ego so swollen that that possibility never even crossed your pea brain. I have seen plenty of doofus trolls like you 😂

Girlllll you’re still arguing with a point you claim was never your argument 😭 Pick a lane ffss.. And now apparently Korean outrage automatically proves your interpretation of her knowledge/intent? What kind of clown ass logic is that? “Historical context” explains why people are offended, it doesn’t magically prove every assumption you staple onto the controversy. At this point you’re just yapping in circles & calling everyone else confused. Embarrassing. School time perhaps???

And YES, I’ll say it again coz you’re literally proving my point.. You’re a foreigner (and many others here & in SNS) cosplaying as the official spokesperson for Korean outrage while lecturing another foreigner about how foreigners shouldn’t speak for Koreans. The lack of self-awareness is effing ART here 😂

All that smug word vomit just to finally admit whether she knew isn’t even your argument ( or did you just ask AI to respond?? lmao😭)..You are an insufferable effin clown. You’ve written a whole thesis fighting imaginary arguments and still somehow emerged dumber than when you started. And “read between the lines” isn’t still evidence, you dense moron, it’s cope for when you have fuck all to prove your claim. . The alt-account fantasy alone tells me how badly this exchange has rattled you 💀

Also about your clown ass crying about me making a point as non korean,... That is LITERALLY why I made the point jackass 😭 I’m calling out other non-Koreans who suddenly cosplay as authorities on what Koreans must feel and get performatively offended on their behalf like literal jokers. Exactly you here for example.. The irony of you thinking that’s some gotcha is spectacular 😂

I addressed exactly this in my other comment here. All the people supposedly 'fuming' are just doing it retrospectively after the facts are established coz someone pointed it out. It's very easy to talk big and act all moral & mighty retrospectively which is what many are doing here. I can only laugh.

The alt-account accusation because I got 3 likes is genuinely sending me 😭 And apparently I’m “clearly not Korean” now too despite me never once claiming I was Korean. You’re literally inventing lore about me coz apparently addressing what I ACTUALLY wrote is proving too difficult.

But let’s get back to the argument because you’re STILL not conveniently answering it (or perhaps incapable of it now that your ass got roasted?)... You keep repeating that her agency initially dismissed the allegations as groundless, journalists/activists later produced information and the agency subsequently backtracked bla bla nonsense. I KNOW. I literally addressed that sequence in my previous comment. What you continually fail to establish is how any of that proves what SHE knew when she originally answered that interview question. That is the entire point you keep spectacularly skating around.

And “read between the lines” is doing some absolutely heroic heavy lifting here lmfaoooo. If your argument requires me to “read between the lines” to arrive at a factual conclusion about someone’s prior knowledge, you are literally asking me to infer the missing evidence. That’s the opposite of proving your claim. Show me evidence that she personally knew the real history before that interview & knowingly presented the false version anyway & I’ll happily change my position. you literally cannot.. Until then, I’m not going to pretend an inference is a fact simply because your clown ass keep repeating it.

Btw the whole “Koreans are upset” sermon is another spectacular example of you arguing with a ghost. WHERE did I say Koreans have no right to be upset? Please quote me. I’ll wait. Koreans being furious about the historical issue is completely understandable & production companies distancing themselves once the controversy blew up is completely predictable corporate risk management. This is effing common sense. Neither magically tells you what this woman knew BEFORE the controversy. Public outrage, companies protecting their bottom line & her prior personal knowledge are three entirely separate things. Yet you keep shoving all three into a blender and presenting the resulting sludge as some profound rebuttal.

And then you have the audacity to lecture me about “context” and “reading between the lines” while repeatedly failing to comprehend the extremely basic distinction I’ve explained to you multiple times. LOOOL

So it seems you managed to write an impressive amount of utter crap while I was asleep. Normally, I genuinely don’t GAF about such trivial online crap but I’ll make an exception here coz the combination of wilful ignorance & spectacularly selective reading comprehension is almost fascinatingly hilarious here whilst you are being all preachy confidently.

You’ve literally gone ahead & written the exact same shit I already addressed multiple times. You either lack basic reading comprehension or you’re deliberately pretending not to understand the argument because it’s easier to attack something I never said.

Nowhere did I say she shouldn’t be criticized nor did I say ignorance magically erases responsibility once the truth comes out. I very specifically explained why I’m giving her the benefit of the doubt over what she actually knew AT THE TIME she made those comments. She was ASKED (putting that in caps since apparently some pea brains need extra help with comprehension) about her family history & she answered based on the version of her family history she seemingly grew up believing. Unless you have freaking evidence that she already knew the full truth, deliberately covered it up AND then bragged about it anyway, your whole “she was trying to cover up what happened” argument is literally speculation being passed off as fact. It takes barely any common sense to understand why the agency might have initially denied it too. If she genuinely believed the family stories she had grown up hearing, why is it remotely surprising that her agency initially defended her version of events? Agencies also go straight into damagecontrol mode ALL THE TIME. KSH’s agency initially denied the Kim Sae-ron dating claims when the photos surfaced, then later acknowledged the relationship and explained why they hadn’t confirmed it at the time as it will affect QOT promotions. So with that kind of industry precedent, you’re seriously going after a girl for initially defending what she believed to be true about her own family history and treating that as proof she knowingly covered something up?

That’s literally the comprehension problem here. You’re taking information that became known afterward and retroactively deciding she must have known it beforehand. Those are two completely different things. And it's blatantly disgusting you guys are spreading this misinformation as facts just coz Koreans are going after her. Non koreans have no business pretending to be all sudden experts in Korean history which is exactly what you guys are doing here.

She learned the truth, acknowledged her ignorance, apologized and took responsibility. You can decide her apology isn’t enough for you but stop pretending your assumption about how she secretly knew everything about her family history as an established fact. That distinction was literally the entire point of my comment. Read it before replying to it. COMPREHENSION isn't really your thing otherwise. LOL

You seem to talk a lot about human right violation for someone proudly flaunting living in UAE in her profile. Lmfao at the irony here. If i start listing out some of the history of your country, i guess you should be cancelled from talking too by your own freaking logic. It's hilarious genuinely.

You are a freaking idiot, aren't you? Your clown ass keeps spreading misinformation here that she keeps bragging about it when it takes effin 2 minutes to do fact check that on both the occassions the host brought the topic up & she simply answered it. You seem to have quite a bit of moral high ground for someone from UAE, literal haven for human rights exploitation. Calm tf down đŸ€Ą

They set her up so bad. Imagine all your life, you have been told tales about your grand parents & great grand parents. Your own blood, obviously are gonna feed you stories in a positive light. So it is very plausible she just believed everything & went with it & took pride with that fact she is from a esteemed family. Who wouldn't?? Even in the interview where she pridefully talked about being from doctor's family is because the host literally asked her the question, He asked if it is true that she is from a doctor's family & she explained it. Literally what had happened.

So I’m genuinely surprised there are so many idiots crying foul in SNS especially the non korean ones who became these sudden online experts of korean history & teaching others about how what she said is some gravest crime mankind has ever witnessed, actively spreading misinformations like she randomly brought this up herself just to boast about it. LOL. She was literally ASKED about it everytime. If your family had a history of esteemed doctors and you had no idea about the darker side of that history all your life, then obviously, when someone asks you about them, you’d talk about it with pride. That’s literally all she did. It’s not that deep.

Her only issue was ignorance about her own family history but come on, how many of you know every shitty detail about what your great grandfathers & grandfathers did in their life? In her shoes, you would have believed every story your family told you & you wouldn't have done any BS historian work for fact checking if what your family said was true unless someone pointed it out like it happened in her case. So it's pretty funny to see many non koreans take moral high ground here rather than thinking practically & giving her the benefit of doubt. The korean industry welcomes pedos, criminals, abusers if its the other gender. So pretty hilarious to see yet another female victim being ruthlessly hunted for being just dumb.

Her apology is more than sufficient here & she should be able to have her blooming career continue in any normal sane industry but knowing how misogynistic that industry is, it is possible we never see her again. Sucks but hey, atleast she is very rich. She will do well in life away from this man worshipping cesspool. Peace out

I remember watching him and Lu Yu Xiao on Time and him are just right, both newcomers and I thought they did really…
LYX did well to not get stuck in monotonous roles & kept trying different genres to explore her acting ability & range. As a result of that, she nailed her performance in MJTY which helped her leapfrog her career deservingly despite being the SFL in that. In contrast & unfortunate for him, it's kinda obvious why he hasn't had the breakthrough yet. His choice of projects or his roles aren't really a standout so far. Always has been very typical & monotonous. He is pretty much the same in this show as well. But he has this great charm whenever he is in screen. I hope he gets his breakthrough some day as well

I am enjoying this show only coz the ML is an absolute green flag from get go altho I do lean that it's kind of boring otherwise but for me, i am able to keep going only coz of main leads dynamics & they are attractive af too. ML being a green flag right away was very cmfy for me, like none of that deliberately making things difficult for FL at work, being unnecessarily rude to her kind of so called 'tsundere' nonsense but instead he directly helps her at work, helps her learn things, have fun with her naturally etc. Just why on earth they can't write more of such goofy yet off the bat green flag MLs like this one?? duh... TJC is absolutely killing it. He is born for such roles imo.

Also the AI guy seems to have a bigger role here which is a shame coz its totally ruining the experience big time. They had like nearly 2 years.. could have simply reshot his scenes alone instead of going for this stupid swap...

Such simp MLs are way too cringe to my liking. Like bro knows the girl is having some infatuation on her senior yet bro meddles into everything to shove himself into her space instead of letting her having to sort out her fatuation herself like a growing adult. Such cringefest writing of MLs really annoys me. Dropped
