When Twilight became huge, I listened to a panel of experts discuss the ramifications it was having on people.…
Well said. And sometimes love could mean setting someone free. I don't think that's what Gorya did necessarily. But love does have many expressions and can be freeing or can feel like a trap. Both Thyme and Gorya need to grow a little more to be able to face the formidable challenges ahead of them as a couple.

As I wrote below, I think it was a conscious choice by the director. Perhaps the director thinks Thyme's gently wiping Gorya's tears perhaps just doesn't fit the story as well. If Thyme weren't so angry and hurt, the scene wouldn't have been as impactful. I was so devastated by that scene and I think Thyme's anger and pain fit better. Others could see it differently though.
i love thyme, but i think this episode really showed that he still needs more time to truly grow. thyme needs…
It was a conscious choice by the director. Tu's IGs has a clip of a different cut where Thyme was being much more gentle, wiping Gorya's tears with his fingers instead of being angry and frustrated. The gentle cut didn't make it. I think I agree with the director's choice. If Thyme weren't so angry and hurt, the scene wouldn't have been as impactful. I was so devastated by that scene and I think Thyme's anger and pain fit better. Others could see it differently though.
F4 Thai - Ep 9 improvements from the original manga:*More focus on Gorya-Lita friendship. I really like seeing…
Another improvement I like is the fact that Gorya is not wavering in her feeling for Thyme vs Ren. It was clear she was naively hopeful that Thyme could overcome the challenges of their differences but Ren was the one who cast a shadow on her optimism by voicing concern that the problem was not Thyme but rather Lita's feeling for Thyme. This clarity was what made their breakup so painful and impactful for both sides.

Did anyone else cry a river watching EP9? Still can't quite process it. My heart really broke for Thyme and Gorya. And you can't hate Lita either. Arrrgggggg!!
Guys, which is your favourite thymegorya moment so far?
So many... but I'll pick the moment when Gorya wiped Thyme's face and neck when they got stuck in the fire exit. So sensual... and the time just stood still for Thyme (and me!). Loved the way Thyme looked at Gorya in that scene so much.
Aaah!! I will never understand why so many people seem to harbour such dislike for him (jealousy maybe), but I…
I like what you said about Bright wearing his fame lightly and being grounded. So true! Yes, it's the Woody interview. Bright was both poised and vulnerable. Great interview.

Was this the Woody interview? If so, that was really the interview that sealed the deal for me. Bright earned my respect, admiration and my heart (and tears!). Such a strong, humble, loving boy.
He really rose quickly in fame and popularity and the pace of the rise, partly helped by the pandemic, was unprecedented and as a result became a cause of jealousy for other fandoms, particularly BL ones.

I had the same reaction! Seeing how strong and committed Bright was to improving and taking care of his mom and spreading happiness was very inspiring to me.
i used to be a normal girl before watching this show. Now, I wake up and dread the day it isn't Saturday and rewatch…
Being normal is overrated!
Have you listened to F4 Obsessed: Deep Dive podcast or video on youtube? It's a great way to fangirl and learn about the show on a much deeper level. The F4T production team packs in so many lovely details that it's really worth rewatching and paying careful attention to the various symbols, set and costume designs. The show hosts are so good and the conversation is so fun to listen to. It's a great way for me to enjoy the days between Saturdays.
So funny!
