Bright as the ML was the best choice Gmmtv made.
And Bright was cast back in 2019 before he was famous and before 2gether the series was aired! He really brings Thyme to life in the best possible way. How can he be so menacing, sexy, angry, stupid, full of himself and yet so cute and adorable and also innocent and pure? Such a multi-faceted character to portray and he did a brilliant job.

It's so much better than the other adaptations. The writing is incredible and so are the cinematography, costuming,…
Come back and let us know if you enjoy the show.

Best line for me from this EP: "Just a stranger telling me I'm worthless doesn't make me feel small."

This applies so well to the socmed environment where anyone can be bullied by online strangers. I just love the way the series offers social commentary that is so pertinent.

This is particularly poignant since Tu was bullied online so much. So to hear Gorya saying that is just chef kiss.

Wow. I think this version is actually better. This one tried to change the narrative to make more sense. The direction…
Agreed! The story really makes a lot more sense and the characters are much more relatable. The social commentary is also very relevant.

Wow, that confrontation between Thyme's mom and Gorya at the party! Both were so powerful. Both Cindy and Tu were so perfect! It was like the clash of the evil queen and the righteous queen. Gorya has serious guts to be able to stand up to such an intimidating woman like Thyme's mom. And she has her mom to thank for being such a great model!

Thyme is such a round-eye baby in this episode. I really love seeing him getting all cocky and braggy to his friends only to be put in his proper place with the garbage bag treatment from Gorya. So well deserved!

So glad we get to experience Thyme and Gorya's deepening love before the storm comes. This EP sets up well for likely much more intense drama in the next EP.

Sadly I'm not the person to ask. Try OP (fluffshi) who actually has editing skills.

The music is not romantic though. People are so quick to jump to conclusions without sufficient understanding…
The song is about Gorya's difficult obstacles in life and how she need to overcome them and will get up to move forward tomorrow but for today, just let her have one last cry. Here is a Google translation of some of the lyrics:

I know that life is not easy.
tell yourself to me get through it
like before

there is still tomorrow just i wait
I don't want to be discouraged, just tired.
just tired

It's okay, right?
If it doesn't take long
release heart feeling
Like this feeling

Just asking for space to let your heart be weak
just today
let the tears flow
And it won't take much longer.
just last night
The promise of tomorrow will continue
It’s my one last cry

The dark sky will soon be gone.
There are good and bad things.
soon morning

It's okay, right?
If it doesn't take long
let the heart feel
Like this feeling

Just asking for space to let your heart be weak
just today
let the tears flow
And it won't take much longer.
just last night
The promise of tomorrow will continue
It’s my one last cry
Oh my one last cry

I've been trying hard to reflect on whether I'm giving the show more credit than it is due, yet I just haven't…
The music is not romantic though. People are so quick to jump to conclusions without sufficient understanding of the full context. What EP7 and earlier EPs did was to set up the plot points that will be "solved" in later EPs. It is way too immature to issue a verdict on the series without seeing the full journey of how characters evolve and grow. But so far, the pace of character development has been very encouraging, and I very much look forward to more.

I really wanna know what kept Thyme and Gorya up together so late that by the time Gorya went home, it was already morning! (Can you tell I just want more Thyme/Gorya content? Help! I need to go back to my spreadsheet work but my mind is in the wrong place!)

After watching too many BLS I'm not able to watch any straight drama but like this one is catching my eye ahhhh…
I'm so curious about this. Why is it that BLs make it hard to return to straight drama? And what's different about F4Thailand? Does it have something to do with the unequal power dynamic of male and female characters in straight drama? Or it's more because of angst and fangirling over cute guys? I myself enjoyed 2gether & Still 2gether but never got hooked enough to watch other BLs after that.

So, the script for the final episode of F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers had been completed on 9/2/2022?https://twitter.com/Adamfamilyman/status/1491151643546894337Congratulations…
They work so hard! 499 revisions of the script is unheard of!! I love it so much that they care so deeply about the quality of the story-telling and the show, and I see and appreciate such quality production.

Someone on Twitter said this and I can't stop thinking about it: "whereas BoF is a hot toxic misogynist mess,…
Good observation! The self-awareness makes all the difference to me. The F4 characters are molded under oppressive patriarchal values (power & control through violence to maintain a hierarchy) and they go through a process of transformation to rebel against their rigid upbringings to become kinder, more righteous and respectful of women and people of different walks of life. They still remain at the top of the hierarchical pyramid though.

Thinking about your comment a little more... I wonder what country has university students who "take full blame…
This! And also university is an open, public space. Nobody can "rule" a university the way Thyme is expected by his mom to "rule" a private high school.

You make a lot of sense. :) Sometimes people just want to be overly critical due to jealousy, tribalism, ... who…
True. I really don't mind constructive criticism. Some are very insightful in fact.
