Damn... second-hand embarrassment is strong and I am just at ep. 1

I think all clues point up to Wang repeating his father's dilemma - needing to choose between In and his mother.
They both treat him as Siam stands in, in their respective way. But Wang is not Siam - his quarrel with his mother about dramas was probably foreshadowing for his future choices.
His talk with In also points us to future arguments. Speaking truth and hurting a person or omitting truth just to spare other person feeling. It very much sounded like something In and Siam did to Mol...

Messier? I don't think its possible? I think from episode 1 it was obvious it was already super messy 😂😂😂
In went full hermit mode after Siam death - so there is just no way that I could be convinced he is not seeing Wang as stand it - when it was already stated several times how much Wang is like his father look and character wise.
Wang is almost like his step-son.
While In still don't have guts to come clean - even after so many years to Mol. There is just so many clues that i just can't wait to know which version is the truth.

Gun is now filming Three GentleBros - so he will be free from September / October. This means workshops for HomeShool can start around that time which leads us to an airing date around end of the year or even next year...

It kinda difficult to say - i find him fine in some scenes but in other stiff oozing aura - I am acting...
His group scenes are fine but his scenes with Sea... not sure if he is uncomfortable with intimacy, his chemistry with Sea is weak as hell or Sea just don't bring out his competitive spirit... but they are lacking...
His scenes with Drake in BB were much more natural....

My personal bet is on bitter sweet one.

Personally I think they were definitely a thing - In behavior during his talk with Mol was very telling.
Just for repressed feeling you don't run away aboard for several years and then go full - hermit mode. It's not something like - my secret childhood love died - it's love of my life died behavior.
I suspect that that Siam might have been dating both In and Mol at the same time - Mol was his cover, but after drink or two (Mol memories pointed at that direction) they made Wang... In spoke as if he only went aboard after Wang was born - so it possible that their romance broke much later that it was okay - that why In have guilty coincidence toward Mol.

The actor who plays In is really good - his character is just oozing guilt.
Not the type of guilt I was somehow part of a bad situation and didn't do anything about it, but I took an active role to create a bad situation.
I just don't believe In is an innocent passerby/ victim of a situation or whatever you want to call it - him being Wang father "close friend" is probably just the tip of the iceberg.
There is just something dark about him.

It just sloppy... to the point I start to wonder, if they didn't even try putting in effort why should i torture myself for another 5 episodes...
I feel bad for actors but this drama don't even pretend...

I liked it - it has the same director as Mr. unlucky has no choice but to kiss and since it is set in HS there will be no problem with romance.
Japanese BL are always very PG so HS setting can really work in their favor.
Story seems pretty simple and straightforward.
As for acting - I need to see more to make up my mind.
Also - OST is super catchy!

I thought it was allusion to Taley opening up - due to his experience in living in Tess life.

So... after 9 episodes of nothing happening - we finally had the promised NC scene and a brief moment of happiness before they send us to the beginning of this vicious circle?
At this point, I am not sure who is crazier - a person who made it or me who watch it...

Script might not be a problem - it have all elements in theory.
But storytelling and editing is a mess. While Sea and Jimmy have cutie - fan service moments that don't feel like romance they want to sell us.

People are very touchy when it comes to dub-con so it's no wonder. And when it come to Mame works... she is great when it come to writing character but some of her plot-twist or storylines ( yes I mean Don't say No) needs some polishing.
Anyway I also liked first episode - since it will be 2 book in 13 episodes it will be quite a ride.

Well, I remember this whole top, buttom discussion from Pacat blog years ago when she was still publishing Captive Prince there and her blog entry along the lines - no matter what I will write I will never be able to please everyone so the only thing i can do is write what suit my characters personality and story I want to write the best.
I think we should leave this discussion at that.

Objectively speaking - story idea is not bad - journey to alternative universe to discover yourself and life your best life while you can.
Without knowing how much time you have left.
Also, opening yourself for love and falling in love with other person soul while he also is in another person body.
All this while learning how important are small staff/ gestures and human connection.
If this story was done right it would be beautiful and meaningful story - too bad they totally flopped it.

😂😂😂 Same. I love alternative universe / transmigration / isekai stories so it also piqued my interest. But Ohm and Nanon made me look even more forward to it - my logic at that time was - they wouldn't put popular ship in something badly made or underfunded. So they together with a director were stamp of quality in my mind.
And here we are..
