Off is so charming as Jane in The Trainee. Give me a Jane centred series called The Mentor or something. He deserves his own show!

For real, they made us think that the show would be about Ryan's pursuit of Jane which in turn means Jane should've gotten more focus, but we've only got crumbs about Jane and frankly he's the only character I'm invested in. Jane is still the most popular character amongst the majority of viewers and it's pitiful writing that they're just circling around the same topics that have already been discussed before.

I can't believe that Ep. 9, Jane's scenes with Nine is the only Jane focused scenes we've gotten in this entire show, all the other have been JaneRyan and that's ridiculous considering Jane is the most interesting and multi faceted character in this series. He's still a mystery even after 9eps so how are the writers even claiming him to be a main lead? They could've divided this ep between us learning about Jane and Nine's past and Pah's part and completely skipped the Bahmee whinning. It's no wonder the trend numbers are going down each week cuz OffGun fans are the main fandom working for it but what can they do with barely 10 mins of screentime for them.

Perfect example of a male lead written by a woman. The series has it's over the top moments but the lessons and the way the mentors have been potrayed is life lesson worthy.

Being BL fans doesn't rid people of hypocrisy. Enjoying NC scenes is one thing but enjoying ONLY NC scenes is not cool either. Also putting down some series for having less intense NC scenes and using that as some meter to rank a series quality is bogus. We've seen that happen plenty of times with different BL series.

BL fans are so predictable. Unless people start making out they declare a series 'boring'/ 'not interesting' enough. Some of y'all just need to accept that you aren't looking for quality series (which this is compared to other gmmtv series and thai series) instead y'all just subconsciously want some soft porn.

Last few series? What are you even on about. Pretty sure Cooking Crush counts as only one series and it was the bad direction and editing that were the main issues. Yet it was still one of the highest watched BLs from Gmmtv even though it's been out for the shortest amount of time. I agree I would like to see Off with other actors but OffGun themselves do not want to act or form a 'couple' with others so who are we to judge.

Just know that Off became famous with only one bl pairing while Gun had many different bl actor partners and the only one that he reached this level of success is with Off. They didn't even start as main leads but Off as Pick became a hot topic (since he was in Sotus as Bright) and PickRome became a thing. So the truth is Gun was the one who was replaceable. Social media followings are not indicative of anything you claim. Off has lesser following only because he had a public ex gf. BL fans like you are allergic to actors with exes and find fault any way u can.

Yeah you are a complete fetishist. All other Gmmtv couples don't even have any outstanding height difference. Tay is shorter and smaller than New, Sea is also taller and bigger in build than Jimmy. Gemini and Fourth are the same size but you don't go around advocating for them to be paired with taller more 'masculine' actors? You only care in OffGun's case cz for you Gun is just a skinny small twink and you just want to see him with a 'bigger' guy for your porn addled brain.

It's between being employed or unemployed. Gmmtv aren't a company that makes heavy storylined series and Gun isn't an easy person to cast given his physicality. At the end of the day series with more romcom elements get popular and he himself mentions he likes this genre so maybe he likes doing these roles cuz it brings in money. You say his Not Me role was the best but Not Me js still not the series with huge views and many avoided the show cuz they think Gun is miscast in that.

Gun has said he wants to remain young looking so he can play student roles for a long time.

I always have an issue with the characters Gun gets in series opposite Off. He always goes the 'poor me' 'deer in headlights' characters that are just boring after a point and I really don't see him as a 'happy' actor. He just doesn't convey giddy or in love feeling to me. I think he's better suited for straight up drama than romcoms or romantic anything

You're talking shit out of ur ass. Off does not need to be 'manly' (whatever the fck that means) to be attractive. His onscreen pairings are all more popular than some overly advertised pairings. Your entire existence screams sexist and degrading.

Off's shows do well amongst Thai audiences and have more engagement than OG shows in reality. It's just the BL fans don't really know cuz they don't watch it. Off has another series coming this year and it already has tons of hype. Slice of life genre types are not always a boring thing, it's just a subjective opinion.

Off's acting evolution is so fun to watch. Pick from Puppy Honey and Jane pretty much have the same personality but he still manages to make them feel different. In Pick's case it took me a while to find him to be a 'nice' character while with Jane I can immediately see he's someone who isn't a bad person but just a strict and perfectionist kind. I hope we can see a lot of character growth for him emotionally.

Just here for Off's growth as an actor and the versatility he's been delivering

Sat through this with an Off Jumpol tunnel vision and that made this show better. I would've rather have had an adventures of Doc Ten series where he goes about experiences with his neuro- divergence (there are plenty of moments in the series that hint to it). Someone make a Doogie Howser Thai remake with Off as Doc Ten please.

I know this is gonna sound so fckin weird, but I love scenes where Off gets his hair washed and petted akskkdkd.
In Theory of Love the way Khai was trying to blink away the soap had me coo-ing.
In TOL Stand by me Third towelling his hair and Khai being a whole cutie
And now adding the scene of Prem giving Ten kisses on his forehead while Off looks like he's getting the greatest head massage ever.
His hair is glorious and he's too adorable, I need therapy

Anyway, most important question to me rn is Will we get TenPrem boinking by ep12??
Don't get me wrong, usually it doesn't matter to me if there are any nc17 scenes or not but it's hilarious seeing TenPrem so horny and getting blocked every single time! Ten's hands finding way under Prem's shirt every time gives me the giggles.
I saw someone comment that CC ep7 TenPrem's makeout scene was more hornier than half the season of Only Friends and it's so true Lmao!
I wonder if we'd ever get a racy OffGun series.. they usually sell cute but I actually think they'd do better at something adult themed.

Since everyone out here is sharing "opinions", let me share mine which may be the most controversial.
I think this series didn't need a second couple. My reasons being
One, this has just 12 eps so it's not the best amount to give 2 love stories the desired growth
Two, they could've actually used the 2nd cp time to deepen TP loveline. We should've had more cooking classes shown between them that showed how they bonded over food. More cooking info about Thai cooking and maybe more struggles of a med student. They could've had them go through discussions over failed classes or even their differences in social status and then potray a much more deeper understanding of each other which could've led to the attraction and the romance.
Thirdly there should've been more shown about their personal issues (family situations), about Ten's difficulties with certain social situations and his PTSD ( I would've loved more Ten imagination scenes too) and Prem's independence as the man of his house. More meaningful conversations.
It would've been a more serious show but I think it would've had more substance.
Plus I feel people are clamoring for the FyDy couple cuz it has smart exchanges and generally the more teenage love vibes, also it helps that Aungpao's a fresh face and his cp with Neo is new, because, be honest, their plot isn't really great either, it's pretty much a cliche. It reminds me of PickRome in Puppy Honey a little bit and that's ironical cuz OffGun were the 2nd couple there lol.
I still think don't think this is a bad series but people in general have lost the attention span for slower series so it's not a surprise some are getting bored.
