Until the 15th episode, it was a brilliant drama for me. It had everything, friendship, comedy, romance yeah, it did have some flaws that were overshadowed until then. After the 15th episode, it became too confusing. I felt like the scenes were incoherent.
The male lead's character was one of the finest I have ever seen. I loved the main leads' chemistry with each other. Alas, I couldn't continue watching, as I truly wanted to see their on-screen relationship develop further. I hope they work together again in the future.

Could anyone please tell me, Is this drama purely romance genre or there is significant part of hospital setting like treating patient and all stuff like that? I want to watch a medical drama that's why.

The dramas are, The First Shot & probably Dashing youth, I don't exactly recall exact name.
The synopsis feels so serious, poignant and adventurous.
