totally agree. these are the parts they couldāve explored with 46-50 episodes instead when I watch shows like this, I just want to be told the whole story. as long as the writing is good, Iāll watch it all. but the writers worry that people will get bored yk

I didnāt expect so many beloved characters to die. Really a hard won peaceā¹ļø Ye Xian and his assistant, San Yeās assistantā¦ Fantastic show though Itās surprising how much Hailing cherished his wife. I guess both he and ml are actually pretty similar. I didnāt expect him to be such a difficult antagonist. Wouldnāt even admit that he started doing things for him and not reforms or the people. Ye Xian grew up sooo much. I wish he ran away. As he can barely wield a sword due to his health, I donāt think the battleground is the right place for him to die yk? nevertheless, Iām proud of him The little king will be so upset about Ye Xian. That was his friend too. Iām not upset about the ending. Books end like that sometimes. I do wish for a bit more, but with so many supporting characters gone, I understand why they didnāt delve into the aftermath, because where do they go from here? The joy would be so subdued. Happy for the bonus episode to come out though The start and middle while their relationship developed was so fun! I think Iāll give it an 8 but seriously recommend it!

I was so impressed! Because the characters are 2 different, distinct people. If you told me they werenāt the same people and just look alike, Iād believe you. Iāve never felt that about an actor and their characters so strongly since I started watching cdramas. Seriously impressive
When she said āokayā after he said āletās try to work things out togetherā you could see his eyes start lighting up like crazy and freeze. He closed his eyes and was probably thinking I have to behave myself. I have to behave myself. But nope. He tossed it out 10 seconds later š it was a valiant fight though lol. In reality, he heard her right but all his heart heard is āIāll marry youā š
