Gosh that actor who plays the Queen Dowager's father always plays the villian so much that its hard to look at him any other way but with disgust even in a good role lol

Her father acts like his family is too good for the royal family, quite rude and obnoxious to the GP.

It felt like a waste of beautiful costumes, scenery, and the whole story being turned into a comedy. I would have enjoyed it more if it had been the same kind of thriller or action as Under the Queen’s Umbrella. The Queen Dowager comes across as a smiling assassin, but far too amateurish compared to the true masters from the Joseon era.

Wish it had way less comedy; it was way over the top, and her narcissism is sickening, but I dropped it many times. Only watching as a fan of ML, and I'm still trying to get through ep 3. As for the bully sister-in-law, how she thought she had the right to waltz on into the Grand Prince's bedroom is beyond me.

FL is annoying in every drama she makes

Fl is not my cup of tea, she never has chemistry with any of her ML co-stars.

I will be absolutely pissed off and disappointed if the ML has anything to do with his past betrothed while she lives there, or takes her side over the princess at any stage. The princess is the reason he is damn walking. Why did he have to approach her in the first place? It was none of his business. That she is classed as his betrothed makes it even more inappropriate for him and his sister to have anything to do with her. Why not send her back to the Cangbei Princess? Yes Princess Ding had Prince Li chase her but she rejected him each and everytime.

Yet another historical drama showing a female posing as a male when she is clearly very feminine.

Up to episode 8 and all I can say is dumbarse little greedy bitch, so many people helped her and she turned on them cause of her filthy greed as if she's the only one in the world who had a tough cruel life. Ep 10 little bitch saying she would rather die than give up the gold yet the two ML's and father cop turned around to help her stay alive, gosh she pisses me off.
