absolutely. The only romantic vibe shown is their last-minute show of longing for each other when he left, but they were too much being mates from the beginning that it seems forced. I might have been too spoilt having just watched A Splendid Match lol

Love both leads, but since there was no romantic build-up to that first kiss, it felt flat and lacked chemistry. The female lead has an awesome character, but it’s missing the feminine touch needed for a spark in the romance, making it feel more like a business relationship.

One of his thugs happened to pass ML's junior and bullied the paper out of his hand, and information was given that the thug would not have got if ML had taken it himself. This led to the prosecutor looking in the limping guy's direction. ML also pisses me off because of his hot head, which gives the prosecutor a heads up, and his big mouth talking loudly about his sister's fiancé being dead, my gosh, dumb as they come.

omg awesome drama so far but man so sickening watching women walk through the fields even after the murders and sick of ML letting his evidence known so easily by the prosecutor and his thugs for crying out loud

Due to his status in court of cause he looks older which suited both of them as he is the only one that can tame her.

Nah didnt like the over the top grieving crying FL did for Ye Xian, felt like a cry for a husband, and she did it right in front of her husband my gosh insensitive az, she used that boy many times as if she didnt know he loved her deeply.

Oh one negative - why do they stay in the same coloured clothes? Sixth girl hardly wears anything else but orange, like she dosent change her dresses

Watched A Splendid Match and absolutely loved ML and now watching him here as 2ML and a evil villain is somewhat omg. Hes not even trying to deceive FL by being nice hes giving her creepy vibes 24/7.

Was refreshing for me and what I have personally watched, did I say it was unique? To your comment, many chinese dramas have cheating ML and scheming SFL so yeah and where did I mention kdrama?

Still two episodes to go but boy, I have enjoyed every minute of it, fantastic main couple! I have never watched them in other dramas and their chemistry was phenomenal. I loved the OST. Was refreshing to have the FL have quite a few suitors and the ML none, though the previews had me thinking we were just about to have a scheming woman chase him but didnt. Loved that he got jealous many times. ML was so handsome and played his role so well. FL was pretty and feisty, loved that she was wealthy and had intelligence. Very feminine.

Gosh I have never seen this ML but gosh he is damn fine, one of the most handsome Chinese actors yet.
