I don't like the FL because I find her pathetic. She was acting all high and mighty at first and then she experienced easy free money as YC and now she won't let go lol. but I'm not sure why that bothers me...maybe because I'm poor too and I'm jealous and I know that if I got free money I'd want it too and will never wanna give it up again? lol that's so weak, tbh.

Also, I wish she were just honest with yc from the start. I'm pretty sure yc was just bored out of her mind (she's said so herself) so imagine telling her "let me be you because that's my mom and I wanna get revenge"

the scenarios definitely different and I hate the husband (the rich guy FL married) but he didn't deserve this. This is literally a crime: marriage fraud, identity theft (remember Dwight's words?), and maybe even some other type of financial fraud because she did this to marry a chaebol. like it wasn't just for love. She clearly had financial incentive... it doesn't matter that NS is behind her, she's the one that lied and stole someone's identity. Btw, she did steal someone's identity. at no point did YC tell her to go marry someone and live as her. Going on a blind date with someone once as sb else? Sure. funny. ridiculous. immature. But it doesn't have any consequences. there's no relationship there and the dude can just go on living his life...but if she continued it as YC... that's on her. She keeps trying to blame it on YC. YC didn't force her into anything. It was all JW's choice......and we all know it wasn't just out of revenge, she literally just got greedy when she experienced YC's life

my favorite is YC tbh. Girl's a spoiled brat and deserves a good ass kicking but I can forgive her because imagine growing up with that gangster NS as your mom lol. ofc she's f'd up. if she wasn't that'd be weird. but she's still not evil, at least not now. She freaked out when she thought she killed the model dude.

how can someone just randomly start living as someone else? lol. It's not that easy. There's literally 30+ years of evidence of them not being who they're saying they are plus DNA tests

ok, massive trigger warning but well worth it if you can pace yourself. Feel free to skip the DV scenes if it's too much. I've had friends close to me experience similar (not to this extent but close) and even as a third party, some of those scenes were genuienly uncomfortable... and that's the point of it. Art is supposed to make you uncomfortable and angry and feel.

The characters felt real but also dramatized. I was surprised by the plot a few times, particularly his mom and sister. Like...hitting new lows ladies. I guess it makes sense that she's a cop lol (many of them are messed up). The absolute lack of accountability, people just ignoring things because "it's not our business", etc...all too real.

The acting is amazing, to be expected. A lot of fluff, I admit, like montages of people driving staring out the window with music layover... but the plot was engaging enough, making this bingeable. Didn't like the ending tbh. I'd have let them walk free because to me, that was self defense. lol

Also, loved the gangster ajhussi with his two annoying daughters dynamic.

It adds an unnecessary creepiness to the whole dynamic because she's so child-like (the younger one) and the relationship between her and ML was literally he was her teacher when she was a child...and he still treats her like a child like patting her on the head at the breakfast table. GROSS WTF
