I cannot think about that scene without a bad feeling in my guts. I’m 99% sure it’s heartbreak, and I can’t imagine how bad she must’ve felt. She is not a person to cry like that in front of a man… 1% is the possibility of being a emocional scenery and she got carried away. But that’s is just me being a little delulu and trying to save face 🤣

Now that I gave some time, I agree with you about SW. But he actually care for Minju, he was the only guy that went to her room when she was sick… you can go back and rewatch. But that’s that, just a kind soul being considered.
As for Gyuri, my heart breaks because of the crying scene too. She is so calm and composed that i can’t imagine what she’s going through to cry in front of a guy. It’s probably when she finally gets that he is not choosing her.
I already resent WG for that

After episode 6, these are my thoughts:

1. Catfish and Lawyer:
The date was okay, but they came back really early. Catfish still seems invested in WG. I honestly didn’t see the chemistry the PDs were pushing, but we’ll see next episode since they’re definitely getting another date.
As for Lawyer and YG, I actually thought they had chemistry during the car ride a few episodes ago, so I’m curious to see where that goes.
But I have to ask: why was he texting GY if he was going to go so aggressively after YG? That felt weird to me.

2. Doc:
Please… YG is not into you. She texted you because she was mentally exhausted with WG.
Honestly, if he doesn’t move toward Minju after not receiving a text on the day they literally had a date, then he’s a lost soul.

3. SW choosing Minju surprised the hell out of me.
Maybe he was afraid nobody would choose her? Or maybe he genuinely liked their previous interaction.
But at the same time, he had only gone on a date with GY before, so it also makes sense.
Still, I couldn’t feel any romantic chemistry there. They give off very strong friend vibes.
Him texting GY afterward was completely obvious to me.

4. Minju, my girl, I love you.
But in dating shows, being too friendly can cool things down fast.
Unfortunately, I don’t really see her changing direction.

5. YG texting WG was not surprising at all.
I said this before and people got mad, but she is absolutely playing the game with WG… and I honestly think it’s going to work.
To me, she’s still his first choice.
The way he reacted at the table when the guys were choosing dates made it very obvious that it bothered him.
And honestly… WTH was that scene?
Doing that in front of the girls was just rude.

6. Gyuri, my baby… I know it’s late, but you should run.
It’s only getting worse.
The date was actually really good, and she was proactive in a different way this time.
I’m not mad at WG because it’s still early, and he genuinely seems to enjoy spending time with her.
But some of the things he does are just a little too much.
Then again… he’s also playing the game.

Overall, this episode didn’t really change anything for me.
If anything, it solidified what I’ve felt from the beginning:

WG, WY, GY, and SW are the main plot.

I also don’t think the producers are hiding that much. They’re just very good at creating drama and editing things strategically.
For example, WG helping GY on the plane… to me, that was just basic courtesy.
WG and WY had a lot of interactions throughout the day that were barely shown. Again, for the sake of the episode’s theme, they chose to focus more on the dates.

I don’t think there’s anything about couple rings. I think it’s just similar rings and the preview is misleading

To me it’s evident. There are too many factors pointing to that.

And he’s not wrong for assuming she might have feelings for him. They’ve been through a lot together. It’s only natural to think there were feelings involved.

Yes , but I fear his ending it’s gonna be tragic.. it’s always the most grey character that sacrifices themselves in the end

Just facts. The person he chose to text 3 times was YG. Also she is doing push and pull with him (poor doc, seriously). I personally find it immature, but A LOT of guys tend to enjoy this dynamic. And I never downplayed they’re date. They had chemistry since day one. They not being EG it’s what’s gonna surprise me

I made the terrible mistake of shipping FL with Ye Xian. His grey character is so interesting, that I can helped. I’m gonna have a hard time to finish this one…but here we go

Unless YG fumbles like Mina Sue did in SF, then maybe GY has a chance with him, but that’s so rare in dating shows. Like… 99% of the time, guys choose within the first week.

And the nail in the coffin was the PD team’s comment. They said this season is basically “Pride and Prejudice”-coded, so yeah… looks like YG and WY’s history is going to be the main it factor of the season.

I’m completely with you in this. After the past 2 episodes and him not texting GY even after she texted him, and the embarrassing breakfast in the morning. I’m convinced he doesn’t like GY. He was jus attracted to her. It’s frustrating to me, because we all know GY is very much into him, and she is the one I like the most in the show.

I felt a lot of chemistry from the queen. Later on we know why. It would add so much drama if she was his first love. But than, it’s a rom com, ML must be perfect and like FL and FL only.

This has to be one of the best visual of Byeon Woo Seok. I know he has a lot of fans, but I never understood. But than, his aura here is whimsical, total Prince Charming. I was gag. I’m sad that I didn’t feel chemistry between the leads. Overall a nice watch. A good rom com, done well.

It’s a rare gem

Just rewatched last night: omg, what a good story. We need more scripts like this. It’s a 9.5 just because they were too push and pull for my taste.. but nevertheless a sugar rush romance 💕

It’s not about age. It’s just her personality.

Facts

Gyuri queen behavior for how she handled herself today first she saw the guy she texted last night having breakfast and carpooling with someone else.
She looked the other way but opening herself more with her 2nd pick while also not making it personal with anyone
.Meanwhile YG is really annoying to me. young yes, and she proved it in this episode with how childish she is. She hates it whenever gyuri breathes next him like girl calm down he is not your boyfriend yet. Also not sending him a message but then always waiting outside for him to chat like who are you fooling girl. He can obviously see through you. In the end he is not really trying with doc, it’s all push and pull.

Minji’s storyline was kind of pitiful this episode. WS was the only guy who gave her even a little attention.

Her part in today’s episode was saved because she’s such a girls’ girl and gave the best advice to YG. But unless a new catfish comes in and gets involved with her, she’s probably leaving alone.

Not happening. It’s gonna be a long and torturous road 🤣
