Honestly an average drama, the bromance wasn't too giving, given that they were downplaying the BL elements, only maybe some parts kinda... maybe they dont have enough chemistry yet.
The whole fiasco with the bullies/authorities were kinda generic...
8.5 for a generic drama is pretty high, should be 8.2 at best for me.
Heck Dreaming of a Freaking Fairytale is at 7.8... and my Sweet Mobster is at 8.3....

I think each case was rushed, there was more comradery between the members in previous seasons and the newer casts should guests more than permanent cast imo

I think its standardized slots like 20-30min/ 1hr ish / 2hr+ per episode, it's just there as a guideline, not exactly the duration per episode as every episode differs

I get that, good comparison, the laughing track for American series, if the show is unserious and is meant to be a comedy, i don't mind it.
I guess hearing these sound effects for me make it seem like the whole series is a comedy series when I'm thinking it should be a serious bl romcom instead so its making me confused and i would not like to watch something unserious.
My input "its 2024" was because I've been hearing it for a lot of years now and I thought maybe it was a way to showcase comedy in scenes similarly to American shows with the laughing track, and they slowly moved on to not using it anymore because times have changed but the sound effects still remains the same for Thai series

Genuinely curious, are Thai people attracted by these sound effects?
I'm always so put off by these sound effects it makes me think the show I'm watching is a slapstick comedy like a Charlie Chaplin film and it makes me underrate the production value of the series lmao
