The two MLs of the original version were soo perfect. Let's see if Korean can beat them. I will give this a try…
AHS is one of the most boring "actors", overhyped and overrated. He prevented all of his shows from being perfect. Average actor with no charisma. I need real actors whose presence alone rock the screen, actors who learned 'method acting'; not some lousy waxfigures trying to be an actor.
This show would have been so much better if it wasn't for the ml. Every time I see AHS I feel like watching Paul McCartney trying to be an actor. It's all too obvious that the production companies are affiliates of the "big three".
DO NOT LISTEN TO THE LOW RATING HERE!!!!! I'm so glad i gave it a shot because this was so good. It might be a…
I do not listen to the mdl community bc most users here are annoying idol fanboys/girls who have never heard of Shakespeare. But it's a funny place though, reading like some girls and boys declare their idol to the "best actor of all time" (reminds me of the Beatles mania in the 1960s). They even believe that events like Baeksang are fair competitions when in fact they are part of the big PR machine of the chaebols (incl the three big talent agencies who became more bigger and powerful thanks to all the money-spending teens and young adults).
Im such huge fan of this series and waited almost 3years for this season and they disappointed me in all the ways!!…
That's the price for insisting on a second, third or fourth season. What almost all continuing shows and movies have in common is the exaggeration, the belief that the next season has to be more spectacular to attract the audience (look at all the shit out of the U.S. and Europe). I'm not a fan of this ridiculousness. I'm wondering of how the second season of Sweet Home will be? I love Korean shows for a reason, I like well-written dramas wrapped up in one season or two parts (like The Glory or Alchemy of Souls). That's why I stopped watching U.S. garbage. I liked the first season of The Uncanny Counter, but the second season is artistic suicide, an insult to the art of cinema.
Too many viewers misinterpret this drama completely. Some miss the humour inbuilt in the ML and unironically say…
It's bc the ml is not an idol. If the actor would be some boring idol waxfigure the annoying, obsessive k-pop fangirls/boys would hype and overrate it all over the place. At The top of it all the entertainment industry is pushing it by giving some of the most average actors an "award" for tactical reasons (that's how Hollywood works since the early 20th centure). It can be compared with hysterical Beatles fans in the 1960s calling Paul McCartney "the best and most talented actor of all time" bc of some trash movie to hype em to the galaxy. That's why so many K-dramas have the most boring and untalented actors ever in lead roles, yet these shows getting ratings up to 9 here on mdl (for example, poor stuff like A Business Proposal or King the Land, which at best is a 5/10).
I actually can’t imagine Eunwoo playing a Math teacher. He still feels soo student like.
boring actor. actually not an actor but an idol who gets roles bc his annoying fans want to see him in dramas. one of many idols with no acting talent or versatility
No, I'm pretty sure the chairman kicks her out and gives everything to Won.
no...throughout this show he has proven his incompetence. only an idol fanboy/girl would give him everything. but conglomerates will never ever do that.
It's all too obvious that the production companies are affiliates of the "big three".
