1. no big names, means less buzz around the show, means less people even know this exists.2. no romance or thriller…
A show can be entertaining despite tackling serious issues (see not just 'My Mister' but also 'Today's Webtoon', etc.). Everybody watches from a different angle. This show is not depressing in a negative way, it's not pathetic (like 'Uncontrollably Fond', for example), it's healing, it's inspiring and motivating, and real. All the actors did a great job so far. Since it's still on air, I can't, of course, give a final assessment, but the first 10 episodes were top-notch.

Why is So Underrated?
This show is like a great classic novel from times long past. Today, many people don't read anymore, and thus, logically, they don't watch such shows. This show kept me seated. For right now hard-to-explain reasons there was not a single boring scene. One reason, I guess, is that this show doesn't selfishly focus on only one character, usually performed by an overhyped and overrated "Oppa". Another reason is definitely the stellar performance of Lee Yoo-mi. This show is so underrated that it has not even been listed by the imdb jerks.

... Your comment is making me download this..!
I almost fell asleep while watching the first four episodes of 'Little Women'. The silly one is definitely not me. Explain to me what's special about this show? You don't seem much into Korean content, you're probably watching U.S. trash too.

After the final episode of Four Women, I can make a verdict. I wished they would use less of the aforementioned clichés.

Unfortunately I can't watch the Disney+ shows. There's a way via VPN, but it's too risky as well as time- and money-consuming since I never used VPN. What if it doesn't work? I miss a lot of shows. Why does it not work like Netflix? That's why I prefer Netflix and Viki. It's easier accessible

Military Prosecutor Doberman / Again My Life / From Now On, Showtime / The Killer's Shopping List / Insider / Why Her? / Juvenile Justice / Alice, The Final Weapon / Through the Darkness / Bad Prosecutor (since it's still airing I can't make a final assessment) The first four are making you smile too rather than only angry throughout the whole show.

Title The Law Cafe
This comment from a twitter user lol and it’s so true binge watched a lot of the law cafe and i LOVE IT SO MUCH…
I honestly can't understand it too. As one addicted to Korean movies and shows, I thought a platform like MDL, focused on Asian stuff, would be a better place than imdb, but the amount of hatred here is unbearable. There's nothing wrong with K-Dramas. In comparison to U.S. and other Western productions most of the Korean shows are even masterpieces. Of the more than 100 Korean shows released per year about 20 are great shows with high re-watch value, another 20-30 are very good, and the rest is good or just average (depends on personal preferences). On MDL everything is wrong. Since imdb doesn't have a comment feature, most of them users (many of whom are probably watching K-Dramas since 'Squid Game') are here to spout nonsense. Others here are too -sexually- obsessed over -often overrated- "Oppas" rather than the art itself, including acting; they're as worse as a Hollywood troll badmouthing Korean art and culture. Many users list their "complaints" about what they didn't like about the respective show; which are mostly minor issues, often totally irrelevant and out of context. Some are complaining about the Korean overacting, but this is exactly what I like about Korean shows (otherwise I would still watch U.S. crap); sometimes they complain about the culture itself; and very often they're defaming Korean actresses, although they outperform the actors (there are so many shows which would simply not work without women); and so on. And once again, these minor issues are nothing compared to the amount of issues of U.S. garbage. If someone is not interested in Korean art and culture as well as people, he/she should stay away from such platforms, allegedly made for fans of dramas. Compare some of my favorite shows of 2022 with the 2022 shows of other countries: Military Prosecutor Doberman / From Now On, Showtime / Again My Life / The Killer's Shopping List / Ghost Doctor / Juvenile Justice / Insider / All of Us Are Dead / Extraordinary Attorney Woo / Alchemy of Souls / Why Her? / Alice, The Final Weapon / Glitch / Our Blues / Today's Webtoon / Mental Coach Jegal / and a few others more...

This is the 2nd best thriller drama (1st - big mouth) I've seen in past 3-4 months.
That's because they didn't release much, in comparison to the first half of 2022. Up until now (in my country only 4 episodes are released so far), 'Little Women' is not even in my personal top 10 of 2022's thriller shows. So far it's only the out-dated 1% f*ckery, including slapping and beating women. The show needs strong characters, performed by actresses like Kim Da-mi or Park Bo-young. The three actresses in this show always play the same kind of character, making such shows' scripts predictable even before premiering.

The same old rich house story! Not happy with the ending but clearly shows the pressure the students face to be…

True! It's another crap about the 1% jerks. I immediately had to rewatch 'Itaewon Class', 'My Mister' and 'Legend of the Blue Sea' to forget what I just saw.

You are not used to this site if you think this is a 6/10. Not even some of the worst dramas out there go below…
True! Some of the worst dramas revolving around the 1%, like 'The Penthouse' or 'Sky Castle', almost reached the average rating of masterpieces like 'My Mister'. Says everything about MDL. And to be honest, who, in 2022, wants to watch such 'The Dynasty'-style telenovelas? They remind me of the early years of KDrama. We, particularly those close with the South Korean people, should not forget that South Korea's 1% was a collaborator of the past dictatorships (causing traumatic events, like in Busan's 'Brothers Home').

Namkoong lost quite some weight since his last drama miss that body from veil;)
Thanks god! I like his face and expression in 'The Veil' but not the body. No need for the most-talented and best-looking South Korean actor to become a visual, Asian version of one of the worst and ugliest U.S. actors in cinema history. Namgoong looks best in 'Doctor Prisoner'. Why should he destroy his body and image? I became his fan long before 'The Veil'.

I completely agree with you in regards to the female lead. I love the four guys and Ga Eul and wish the show was…
Not just the female lead, all 4 boys rank among the most annoying characters poorly performed by uninteresting and untalented actors. Shows like this and similar ones, like the horrible 'The Heirs', are a waste of time and money but are produced to attract and satisfy Oppa-screaming groupies. It's old-fashioned entertainment industry PR. Fortunately, the KDrama boom, thanks to the success of misogynistic Oppa shows, led to masterpieces like 'My Mister'.

how does this show have 9.1 rating in imdb and 8.1 here ?
I forgot to mention that, on imdb, I give almost every Korean show/movie a 10/10 for aforementioned reasons, countering the downgrading jerks. But sometimes I doubt that they count my vote; after all it is a U.S. platform.

how does this show have 9.1 rating in imdb and 8.1 here ?
On imdb only 39 people rated this show so far. However, users on MDL should be quiet because this place here of alleged "fans" of Asian shows/movies is one of the most biased, where users, particularly Oppa-screaming freaks, can't differentiate between a great and an average show, a great and a poor performance, and so on. There are so many examples where the average ratings confirm my accusations. On imdb the deliberate, and sometimes racially-charged downgrading increases the more popular the show becomes, particularly since that is a place for brainwashed trolls promoting U.S. garbage where even misogynistic, drugs- and gun-promoting shit or racially-motivated and ideologically-driven propaganda and revisionist crap rank among the highest rated shows ever. On MDL, too, misogynistic and sexist shows are rated higher because of some Oppas, a percentage of whom are so uninteresting and untalented that I want to drop the respective show. Anyway, I like 'Bad Prosecutor', probably because I didn't expect much, but still can't say if it is a 8, 9 or 10 out of 10. Up until now it's nothing new or refreshing, it's just entertaining like hell.

The only Kdrama I rate below a 7 and I have watched a lot. It's not awful, there was just something so flat about…
Even in comparison to some of the best romcoms this show is average and totally overrated/overhyped. There are literally no memorable moments, like, for example, the Arsenal scenes in 'Because This Is My First Life'. Sure, everyone watches from a different angle. Many users are watching shows due to sexually obsession over an untalented and uninteresting "Oppa" rather than the art of cinema itself, including acting; while others find it hilarious when the main couple gets closer thanks to an English football club.

On Business Proposal Oct 13, 2022
8.7 for this show once again proves what joke the ratings on MDL are and how serious most reviewers can be taken here. Another show with the female lead, 'Today's Webtoon', reached an 8.0 though it is ten times better than this show (objectively, considering the pros and cons of both shows). No matter with what excuse some might come up, 'A Business Proposal' is utter average, with no storyline and less interesting characters, in comparison to 'Today's Webtoon'. There are a lot of shows who are better than overrated and overhyped ones. Even one of the most hated shows here on MDL, 'Glitch', is a 10/10 masterpiece in comparison to 'A Business Proposal'. Don't mind the users spreading negative energy here for no reasons. If this app is named 'My Oppa List' the ratings would, of course, make sense. But for fans of movies/shows and the art of acting and storytelling this app is rather a silly playground.

I never saw him delivering an outstanding performance. Maybe in your dreams he's the "biggest star". Big stars are established, outstanding actors like Namgoong Min
