i think 2FL didn't loved ML. after kissing him in NY, then after noticing the interactions between FL & ML back in Seoul, she got confused of her feelings. maybe that was not love. after the NY incident the ML stopped contacting 2FL. the void he left, made her think that feeling was love. she wasn't able to love the ML & couldn't stop caring about 2ML. again it's my pov. the love hexagon made everything unclear lmao
